This hotel was average in my opinion. I didn’t like how the activities guide was right next to you as you’re checking in to the hotel. After a long trip, that’s the last thing I wanted to do.
For our room, the shower wasn’t working however someone fixed it fairly quickly.
The last thing would be noise. The maid cart was so loud and obnoxious early morning plus you can hear everything everywhere. At 10am, they began with DJ water aerobics well into ur stay. So no sleeping in.
Food was good and the only thing I liked.
The rooms don’t come with a kettle or coffee machine which was also really annoying. They have certain times for each restaurant however after a long day of being out, you didn’t even have a kettle to wind down with in private in the room.
Reception was good. We needed some medicine from pharmacy and she had it delivered promptly. They don’t really use AC in the main areas however I believe that’s the Moroccan standard.

I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub and found this one.
It cost 80 MAD to take a taxi from the city center, which took about 20 minutes.
A taxi from the hotel to the city center costs 150 MAD.
There is a hotel shuttle bus to the city center, but it costs 15 MAD per person one way, has a set time, and is fully booked on the day, so I recommend taking a taxi.
The staff at the bar and restaurant were all very friendly and worked efficiently.
There were no amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, or bathrobes.
Also, the power supply was European, so I purchased a transformer for 80 MAD at the shop in the hotel.
The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there was all-you-can-drink white, rosé, and red wine.
From a Japanese perspective, this facility and service is unbelievable for this price, so if you have the time, I highly recommend staying here at least once.

The environment and facilities are good. It was very strange to have a travel agent at the front desk of the hotel.
