I really liked the location, it's very close to the center and the neighborhood looked safe. The hotel is very nice, the single room is very comfortable, I only noticed that there was dust in the room and in the bathroom but I would definitely stay there again. Btw The reception people were very friendly.

The room is compact, with two single beds next to each other. There is a USB port for charging. No tissues are provided, but rolls are enough. It is a bit noisy facing the street, but it can be ignored if the sleep quality is good.

1. A deposit of 100 euros was collected without any prior notice (at least not when I booked, I booked after repeatedly confirming that no deposit was required)
2. There was no hair dryer in the room, and I had to borrow it from the front desk.
3. The bottles of shower gel and shampoo in the room were empty. After asking the front desk staff for them, they didn't know where the new bottles were, so they started calling around and promised to send them to my room. From 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., I went downstairs many times to ask, but still didn't get any shower gel and shampoo, and no one sent them to the room. I had to wash my hair with hand soap. Until I dried my hair and sent the borrowed hair dryer back downstairs, the front desk staff still hadn't found what I wanted, and used the excuse that "it's too late now". Haha, he also knew it was too late, and it wasn't too late when I first came to find him. It's ridiculous that I spent more than two hours not finding a bottle of shower gel and shampoo in a hotel.

The location was good, within walking distance of the central station, and the staff spoke English, so there was no problem communicating. The room was clean and ok, but the only regret was that it was too cold because there was no heating, and the room was too small and uncomfortable.
