I stayed in the 4 x females room in the ground floor. Super spacious (i think it may also be for wheelchair users) the cubicules are very well designed but the mattress was a bit hard. Bathroom was spotless. A bit noisy as the room is right in front of the main corridor, but nothing a good pair of earplugs cannot solve. Bar didnt offer food, just snacks.

Be careful of a regular customer here named JASON from Germany. He may seem like a nice and friendly guy but he’s in fact a ************* (literally) rascal. He would make friend and hang out with you, and pretend he forgets bringing money so that you would pay for him and he never pays you back.

It's a hostel with private ensuite rooms too. Location is very good. Just 10min walk from the St Charles train station, close by the Panier and Vieux Port. I got the ensuite double room which is very clean and in good size. Very basic amenities but comfortable. Hotel staffs are nice. The only issue was the elevator broken down through out my trip for entire 3 days. We had to climb 4 level staircase with our luggage.

We enjoyed our stay, the location is great and it's just a few minutes walk from the old port. Breakfast was good also and staff friendly and helpful. The only slight disappointment was that I couldn't cast to the TV as the screen cast option wasn't working for some reason, but this was very minor.
