The WiFi didn’t work. The breakfast was late not a good selection. Coffee was old. I’ve stayed here before it has gone downhill since July

We really liked how open and spacious the room was. The kitchen was really handy and the bedding was nice.

First stay. It was a great room. Clean, spacious and more then we expected. Love love love the walk in shower.. I do feel even though it was not a handicap room grab bars would have been a great addition in the shower. The TV was having issues, our remote was not working. Lady at front desk said she had a few the rooms who were having the same problem. I would give a sold 5 if we were not awoken at 3am by the smoke alarm for a room leaving food on a hotplate as I am told. Left a bad smell & was very hard to go back to sleep when given the all clear.

The blankets were not soft at all. We had a party of four with a king and pull out bed with no sheet, blanket or pillows available. The chlorine in the pool was so strong our skin burnt when we got out. Breakfast was good minus no orange juice

At arrival the staff was polite and to the point. As we got to our room we found trash in a couple of the waist cans, the bed was made wrong and hair in the shower. After our first night stay and be gone all day we arrived back to our room to find it the same as left. With no clean towls and full trash cans we called the front desk. We where told they would bring some towls up. At arrival with the towls room service told us they only clean every 2 to 3 days. I or rather we found this to be outrageous for the price per night for this room. Being priced 35% higher than the other Hotels in this area. We had always stayed at the Marriott in town and thought we would stay here because it is newer in the area. Wrong choice we will not be back. Great to have a dishwasher in the room. The room service should put them away instead of placing a how to tip easier tag where dishes go!

My stay was excellent with the exception of breakfast. Real eggs and sausage or bacon would go a long way.

Very nice hotel. Have a EV and charger worked great. Wish was free to charge but I understand.

I’m a fan of Home2Suites in general, but not of this property or its management. In our room we found that the thermostat was broken and would only operate on the “heat” setting (we were there in August). We also discovered that the bathroom sink would not drain and that there was no hand soap or adequate number of towels. When we brought these items to the attention of the front desk that night, they told us the hotel was full and they had no alternate accommodations available, but would “make a note” for management regarding our issues. We remained in that room, but were not comfortable that night. In the morning, when I asked to speak with management again, I was told I’d receive a call by days’ end. I requested a refund. I was told that they were not authorized to refund me, and that management would call in 2 days’ time. I am still waiting for that call after 3 days. We were supposed to spend another night at that same property on the return trip in a week, but that reservation has been cancelled.

I like the fact there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The dishwasher was not unloaded so that was the only thing hat was a drawback.
