This hotel is a little bit of heaven. The grounds are beautiful, the view is stunning. But what sets this hotel apart is the service. The staff is genuinely friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed our three-day stay in Spring and I will definitely return for a longer stay. The little town of Massa Lubrense is wonderful and the marina is close by to catch a boat trip to Capri or Amalfi or some other little gem. The spa is wonderful, I enjoyed a relaxing massage and used their thermal room on our last day. This is a dream vacation spot and I will never forget our visit.

After travelling close to 50 countries, included many areas of Italy, Villa Fiorella was a wonderful conclusion of our Southern Italy trip. Sorrento is overcrowded town. This hotel brings you outside of the crowds so one can relax and enjoy the wonderful services hotel provides. Reception staff was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Restaurant with preset menu (which I often have doubts about) was well balanced. Wine list is extensive (I got a private tour of their cellar as well). The roof terrace bar is a must for the fantastic views of sunsets, great selections of cocktails, and good service. Pool area is great place to relax. Highly recommended for Amalfi visit.

Wonderful relaxed and welcoming hotel in a fabulous spot. The location is perfect for exploring both the Bay of Naples and the Amalfi Coast while being a tranquil haven to escape back to at the end of the day. Very nice amenities and incredibly helpful staff and the food in the gourmet restaurant was amazing.

This was our 1st trip to Italy and to sorrento and our travel agency made the reservations to villa fiorella . What sets this villa from other properties is the customer service, the ambience, and the outstanding cuisine . The moment u step in they greet with a smile and whisk u away with a welcome drink. U must try the tasting menu at the hotel it is several courses but each course was ingeniously designed and sumptuous。 I would love to visit sorrento again and I would pick this villa

Staying in Villa Fiorella was a unforgettable experience! The staff is very helpful - with special thanks to Margherita at the front office who went far and beyond to make my stay really amazing, the restaurant food is esquisit, the spa is to die for with an excellent masseuse, the bedroom is renewed with great shower and comfortable bed, infinity pool and rooftop are a must go and last but not least the à la carte breakfast is just wonderful! Special thanks also to Alberto Colonna, the general manager. Hope to stay there soon again.

Myself and my friend stayed here to celebrate our big birthdays. We had the best time . The hotel is absolutely gorgeous , the staff were really helpful and took time to help us with things like trips, restaurants etc It is 15 mins from sorrento so we took the bus €2 but taxis need to be factored in (c€40 one way) The view from the pool and sun lounge of the sunset was superb. Thoroughly recommend

Very nice place excellent restaurant small but nice have all beautiful views perfect service you can expend nice time with your partner in you can take a trip for the cost there are a dock very close to the hotel near for Sorrento by car or Taxy best Chef like a Micheline Star Restaurant

It’s the best small hotel if you want to simply relax, eat wonderful food, drink the best cocktails, be spoiled by fantastic staff and see the most incredible views and sunsets, you have to come here! My husband and I were made to feel so special, whether being advised by the reception staff Lia and Roberto or fed and watered by the legendary Gino, Guiseppe, Vittorio, Bruno, Roman and others. Nothing is too much trouble! The pool area and gardens are great places to chill and unwind so after a week spent here we felt recharged and revitalised!

The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the dinners (especially their special gourmet dinner) was simply amazing. They have a wonderful sommelier named Luciano who recommended a lovely wine for dinner. Everyone is very friendly and provides amazing service. Although it comes up as a hotel in Sorrento, this charming hotel is actually located in the little town of Massa Lubrese, which is a 20-25 minute drive from Sorrento along a twisty little road. There is not much to do there except walk down to the little fishing village, but it's a fun and interesting walk. The property and its views are amazing, a perfect place to rest and relax and get away from it all. They also have a spa which sounded wonderful but unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to try it. If possible, I would recommend a room with a view. Ours faced the road and was a little noisy in the morning with trucks going by. They have a bar outside that is the perfect place to enjoy a spritz and enjoy the spectacular view of the sun going down with their manicured trees and infinity pool in the foreground. All in all, a perfect place for a beautiful and comfortable retreat with stellar service!
