This was absolutely perfect for us overnight. The interior is so cleverly designed and it’s only a short walk to the amazing centre. Everything was clean and spotless and the breakfast was typically Italian but the quality was fantastic. Thank you Pippo for being so accommodating for the three of us.

We had an outstanding stay. The unit was well located and spotless. It was an architectural masterpiece and decorated beautifully. Lamia Matera had everything we needed and then some. Bernadetta and Eustachio were so warm, friendly and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat.

La struttura è sita in una traversa a fondo chiuso scendendo da via Lucana, strada abbastanza trafficata, ma l' appartamento di cui abbiamo usufruito era silenziosissimo, molto ampio, con volte in pietra chiara molto suggestive; nel nostro caso il bagno e un ulteriore divano letto si trovavano soppalcati superiormente. Notevole la cura nella realizzazione e nella manutenzione. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti; il proprietario suggerisce di parcheggiare in strada dalla parte opposta di via Lucana ma ad ogni modo non molto distante verso il centro è disponibile il parcheggio a pagamento di via Scotellaro. Ricca di squisiti prodotti locali ed abbondante la colazione fornita. Il sig. Pippo, come già sottolineato da altri utenti, ha un approccio caloroso ed entusiastico e personalmente gli devo un particolare ringraziamento perchè, fermato nelle immediate vicinanze da un problema all' automobile, si è subito mobilitato mettendomi in contatto con un meccanico sito nelle vicinanze che ha prontamente risolto ogni difficoltà. Raccomandiamo senz' altro.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questa struttura. Camere molto belle e super pulite, vicinanza della struttura al centro città ed ai sassi, colazione abbondante con prodotti freschi tipici del posto: tutto da 10. Conquista la “LODE” per la simpatia, la gentilezza, l’accoglienza e la disponibilità del proprietario Pippo, sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo.

Vicinissimo al centro, praticamente a ridosso del sasso caveoso. Pippo, il proprietario, è molto disponibile, fornisce informazioni sul territorio dal primo contatto con la struttura. Accoglie con gentilezza e simpatia i propri ospiti, con cui è molto accogliente. La stanza molto pulita e luminosa, temperatura interna perfetta. La struttura è di recente ristrutturazione rispetto all’originaria destinazione e risulta curata e gradevole anche negli spazi comuni. Nel prezzo era inclusa la colazione: abbondante e prevalentemente con proposte di ottimi prodotti locali. Poco distante dalla struttura c’è un parcheggio che costa 8€/24h oltre ad una zona parcheggio gratuita poco più distante; da lì ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi verso i vari centri di interesse di Matera. Torneremo sicuramente

Affittacamere con camere bellissime, spaziose, bel bagno, molto vicino al Sasso Caveoso,raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Proprietario cordiale. Matera bellissima. Posto tranquillo, dormito benissimo Possibilità di fare colazione con 10 euro a persona Noi però nn l' abbiamo fatta.

Posto incantevole e vicinissimo al centro, a ridosso del sasso caveoso. Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. Colazioni abbondanti con proposte di alimenti del territorio; insomma un luogo dove cultura e passione per il territorio si fondono in maniera eccellente. Torneremo sicuramente
