We traveled to spend the weekend of August 27 and 28, Sofía, the owner of the house-hotel, with 5 rooms, is super friendly, we arrived two hours before check-in time, she let us change and leave suitcases and everything for spend the day, they brought everything to our room and they sent us a WhatsApp to tell us that we already had it available. The upper floor consists of 4 rooms, all with their security code, both at the access door from the street and in the rooms themselves. Inside we find a basket with 3 bottles of water, coffee capsules, tea, milk, juice, sweet and salty cookies... the room has a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge... we were with a girl and they set up an extra bed for us. It's easy to park on the street, you don't have to pay but they let us park at the hotel's ford door and leave it there all weekend. Just 20 meters away is the metro and tram stop, and 10 meters further on, there is the Mauricia pastry-cafeteria, something that no one should miss, it is amazing, for quality, quantity and price, we ask for natural juice, cola case , coffee with milk, two chocolate croissants, two tineas and we paid €10. One of the best cream tartlets we've ever eaten. A little further down and just a little bit, there is an Italian, olive, which is worth visiting, for everything, for kindness, for the location, it is great, for quality and for how delicious everything was, the prices for 3 people are for the €60. In short, a good place, for location, Matosinhos beach is close, for communication to go to the center of Porto, for restaurants, all around, shops, etc. Thank Sofia for her directions and facility for everything.

O lugar é muito bunito arrumado, sem falar da cama bem macia os lenções tudo limpo e cheirosos, eu amei e concerteza vou volta😍

Das Zimmer war sehr schön - klein, aber fein. Das Bett sehr bequem, wenn auch etwas klein für zwei Personen. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls modern und sauber. Durch Codes konnte das Wohnhaus und die Tür zum eigenen Apartment einfach und problemlos geöffnet werden. Leider war die Dusche ein wenig kaputt, wodurch man die Brause nicht richtig verwenden konnte. Außerdem waren die Türen zum Hausflur sehr dünn, wodurch es teils sehr laut war. Die Ferienwohnung allgemein war weit aus der Großstadt entfernt - rund 45 Minuten.

Quarto não muito grande, mas suficiente. Um andar de escadas, o que dificulta um pouco subir com malas. Checkin e checkout muito fácil. Sem chaves, tudo com códigos passados por e-mail e whatsapp. Apesar de não sermos recebidos pessoalmente, o que não considero um problema, existe alguém que fica a disposição, caso tenhamos algum imprevisto. No quarto havia um lanche de boas vindas. Achei gentil. Limpeza e arrumação disponíveis nos dias úteis e no sábado. Transporte, mercado, café, restaurantes e praia próximos. Gostamos muito da estadia.

Logement fonctionnel, propre et bien situé Terrasse grande et agréable Facilité d’échanges, transferts aller-retour aéroport … à 1 minute du métro et 5 minutes de la plage 👍
