Great location, just in front of the famous castle. Close to the Dogo onsen and train station. There’s buses, trains and trams so easy to access anywhere. A lot of good restaurants as well! The room is okay if you stay just for a night or something. However the shower is not really good tho.

There was no toilet or bath, but there were amenities, breakfast was free, and I was able to relax and read books and magazines.
There was a bath near Dogo Onsen, and the toilet was near the room, so I didn't have any inconvenience.
The room was a little dirty. I think the corners of the room should be a little more clean. .
The location of the room was not good as it was in an apartment.

Iyo Electric Railway Shimizumachi Station is nearby, so transportation is convenient! The size of the accommodation and the facilities are not very good, but the staff were all friendly and I was satisfied considering the price.

The only downside is that the parking lot is across the street from the hotel. They were kind enough to help me with the Wi-Fi connection. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I stayed on the 5th floor, but there were times when there was no hot water in the shower. Apparently, he had left the hot water running in his room on the third floor, and the water didn't reach the fifth floor. Capacity is too small.
I am dissatisfied with not being able to watch BS on TV.

You can't watch terrestrial digital TV, you take all your trash home with you, and the free coffee near the front desk doesn't get refilled when it runs out.I understand that they are conscious of cutting costs in all of these areas, but I wonder how this applies to the service and customer service industry. think. I probably won't stay there again.
