Me & my family (2 adults 5 small children) booked and payed on *******. Got there (10pm that night of booking from traveling 6 hours ). Was refused reservation, refused a refund which I still haven’t received and they ( Indian, front desk attendant & her father, Dipak (father/manager) was very very rude. So we were out of a room, out of money and issue still haven’t been resolved. Will continue to press the issue until the money is returned.

Room smelled horrible. No housekeeping to remake beds. Had go downstairs to get new towels and wash cloths . There were bugs (stinkbugs and roaches) in our room. Broken bathroom door. Could not watch TV due to the remote not wiring properly and the language was stuck on Spanish. Stopped serving breakfast before 10am and food was not fresh or hot.

An older property which had been kept in good shape. Did not have the "bad stuff" going on which one normally finds in "low price properties. Very nice "check in person"

Had pee on wall behind comode shower leaked all over floor under shower door front deck people very nice no hot water 4 3 days had to take cold shower

This establishment was extremely disappointing. My family and I stay at Sleep Inn on many occasions and this is the first time I’ve been so disappointed. The rooms were dirty. Bedding was torn. We came across a roach in our room. The shower didn’t keep hot water. I had to shower in cold water. I wouldn’t recommend a stay at this facility to anyone.

Had a homeless person sleeping in the hallway. Could hear everything above and around us. The sheets were very dirty, and the room smelled bad. Breakfast also looked pretty gross and limited.
The nighttime staff when we checked in were very nice and accommodating.

Bed was fine. T V was fine. Phone had issues, and the clock radio in the room did not work.
