The hotel is really nice and big. The food is of goos quality and the staff very professsional and welcoming particularly at the BEACH GRILL and MAIN POOL. If you're looking for peace and wellness it's the perfect place. However if you want fun and dancing that's not the atmosphere of the hotel.

An exceptional stay at the resort, with 5 star treatment by all of the hotel staff. All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families. The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate! Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. Kevin and his team will be sure that you leave with the biggest smile on your face after each meal! Well done team!

Stayed for three days. It's a good hotel. The room is spacious and the service is online, up to the standard of Westin. The breakfast is also good, rich and delicious. I saw the most beautiful sunset in my life here. It was so beautiful. I will come again. Welcome everyone to Chongqing

Turtle Bay was so great! The resort itself had a mature charm, the pool was nice, the walking path was well-maintained, and everything was great!!

Because the experience of the Westin Hotel in Sanya in China was very good, I also chose to stay at the Westin for two days in Mauritius this time, but the actual experience was not satisfactory and did not meet expectations at all. It was much different from the other two hotels we stayed in (jw Marriott/ anantara iko). The overall quality of the service staff was uneven. I especially criticized Janvi at the front desk for her rude attitude, wrong information provided, and very unprofessional check-in process. If I come to Mauritius again, I will definitely not choose the Westin Hotel. Avoid it.

Very dissatisfied, the service of such an expensive hotel is not commensurate. After arriving at the room I booked so long in advance, I was assigned a room with a particularly bad location. The balcony door was in disrepair and made a lot of noise when opening and closing. The room next door with slightly better light obviously had no guests staying. I asked to switch but was perfunctorily dismissed. I was switched to a room with a worse and darker location. The only improvement was that the balcony door was intact. The problem was that I went to see the room I asked to switch to at night and there was no guest staying. I had to suspect that the hotel was discriminating against Chinese people. In addition, I checked out early temporarily, and when I checked out, I found that I was asked to pay for several bottles of beer for no reason. However, my children and I do not drink at all. Although they did not insist on charging me this fee, it also shows the irresponsible attitude of the hotel!

The place is great for relaxing and spending a short vacation to regain energy and vitality.

The rooms are very good. The place is beautiful to look at but difficult to swim there because of the rocks and sea urchins.

There are close to 3,000 minifigures per night, and the Mini bar is charged. It’s so stingy! The room is large, but the music in the club at night is too loud and noisy!

The hotel lied and fooled the guests until 9:00 p.m., and did not give the desired room type. The room facilities were too poor to sleep at night, the water leaked, the bathtub was taped and the wardrobe lights were broken!
