"The hotel's value for money is excellent for a four-star hotel. Just around the right turn from the hotel is one of the best beaches on the island, with a small section of reef for snorkeling. The food was great; you could find everything you need. I wasn't particularly impressed with the a la carte restaurants, except for the steakhouse, but it's hard to get a reservation. I didn't like the Indian restaurant at all. The entertainment was also rather modest, but we don't go to those "shows" anyway; it's fine for us. The room was clean, and if you request it in the app, they'll bring you anything you might need, even slippers and a toothbrush. There are some downsides, of course: the glasses at the pool bar are a bit tacky, and the towels you get in the room and on the beach are sometimes threadbare, but that's if you're really looking for something to complain about. There's absolutely nowhere to go in the area on foot. Overall, everything met our expectations. We had a great time."

"We have been here many times with the family and have always had a wonderful time. Staff is welcoming and service is excellent. All the amenities are close and therefore very convenient for families with kids. Although the restaurant does not offer a wide variety of dishes, the food is delicious. Kids club is spacious and well organised. Saff are friendly and caring with kids. They offer a full range of activities during the day. Fantastic experience overall. Will definitely come again!"

The entire team made us feel not just like guests, but like family. During our stay, our child unfortunately became ill and had a high fever. The way the hotel staff handled the situation was beyond anything we could have expected. They reacted immediately with compassion and professionalism. A doctor was called right away, and the manager personally offered to drive us to the hospital if needed. Their calm support during a stressful moment meant so much to us. Throughout the following days, the restaurant team showed incredible kindness and empathy. They went out of their way to prepare special meals in the kitchen specifically for our child so she could recover comfortably. Every single day they checked on her, asked how she was feeling, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their care and attentiveness touched us deeply. Beyond this experience, the service across the entire resort was outstanding. The staff everywhere were respectful, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The resort itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and offers many wonderful activities and experiences. We were also very impressed with the diving center. The team was incredibly accommodating and even provided additional weights and equipment specifically for us outside of their regular courses so that we could enjoy our dives comfortably. Their flexibility and generosity made the experience even more special. This is truly a luxurious resort with exceptional service, but what makes it stand out most are the people. Their kindness, humanity, and dedication are what turn a beautiful place into a truly memorable one. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their care, professionalism, and heart.
