Very unforgettable memories. The room facilities are very good. The sea is right outside the door. It feels like a vacation. The service is also very good. Except for the buffet restaurant, which is a little slow when there are many people, the rest of the experience is very good and welcoming, especially the Japanese restaurant. The food is delicious

The amenities were not changed for two consecutive days, and even an opened pack of cotton pads was left in the amenities for the next day... The hotel pick-up was a rip-off. The big car I booked was a small car, and the driver drove dangerously and drove all the way even after I tried to dissuade him. The hotel scenery is OK, the level is average for Mauritius, the restaurant tastes average, and the overall cost performance is very low.

Hotel was amazing. Our butlers were amazing housekeepers did a great job, but our driver, Kiran, you are the most amazing person we ever met. You made us feel that we are at your home your special guests. Wonderful tours, experienced guide a perfect storyteller and more than a driver. Most precious member of hotel.❤️ Mr. Roshen, makes perfect special drinks with a huge smile on his face and also mixologist Omar thanks for a delicious cocktails. We will definitely come back to try new recipes. Mr. Doctor was so nice kind and helpful as well. The sea activities we joined were amazing enjoyed a lot. The only thing that we don’t like the attitude of Italian restaurant manager in the private villa part. Plus I wish they could have more coconut trees on the beach on the ocean side.

We had an absolutely fantastic time, the hotel is beautiful. The staff are extremely attentive and go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. With special thanks to Ash, Sanjay and Micheline our hosts. One of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. The service, staff, facilities were impeccable. Everything from the beginning of my stay until check out was absolutely amazing. The staff are so accommodating and extremely friendly - each and every staff member I came across had the biggest smile on their face. Every detail was carefully attended to, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable experience. I can’t wait to return back. Thank you to Prunella, Ma’in, Kiran, Salah and the rest of the team for making my stay at One & Only unforgettable.

Absolutely outstanding experience. I don't want to talk much about the interiors, the amenities and the cuisine are top notch. The main advantage of this hotel is the team. First it was very special arrival as we received unique bouquets designed like a collar for our neck. Next when we arrived we were accommodated almost immediately and our 5 star vacation started with a lot of presents from One and Only Team, with the special services of Kiran, Prunela and Ma’in, as well as of the pool and beach staff. Moreover, what made our trip so exquisite was the attitude and the caring of my kid at Only Kids. As a whole, the room was exquisite, well-designed and extremely comfortable. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, the trip was unforgettable. We were celebrating our 10yr wedding anniversary and everything about the resort and service was 5star! A big shout out to our Host Varun would provided us with an unforgettable candle lit dinner on our final night, which we will never forget! We will be back VERY soon!
