JW Marriott Mauritius is literally like heaven on earth. From the services to the food, everything was impeccable 👌! We loved our stay here. Kids had so much to do too. We didn't leave the resort for any sightseeings. We enjoyed everything about this place. Will highly recommend honeymooners to consider this place for your honeymoon. Really really had a great time here! They also surprised me with a birthday set-up in my room. The butler service was really great too. The buggy will pick us up to send us to anywhere we want. Will truly miss this place when we get back home. Hope to come back here again someday.

Check in was hectic. There were so many guests checking in and waiting in such a small space. We checked in at 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3.45 pm. We got to the room and found out that they upgraded us (without telling us). The upgraded room was a big suite which was very nice but it was on the ground floor. We booked a junior suite balcony which is upstairs (we prefer upstairs as more privacy and better view) we had to ask to move to the type of room that we actually booked for! (What a waste of time for everyone) the room was very beautiful and comfortable and we LOVED the balcony. We love le Morne beach the water is so clear with different shades of blue but here we find the beach to be a bit too wide so you are a bit far from the sea (we stayed at another hotel in Le morne and we found there we were closer to the see with better view of Le Morne) Plenty of available sun beds. We didn’t like the pools so didn’t go in. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the price we pay. Service was not bad but not great. Overall, it was an ok stay.

Very good... We stayed in two hotels in Mauritius. The Marriott service was very good and the hotels were beautiful. The room we booked had direct access to the beach. Knowing that we had two children, they took the initiative to add a bed and prepared two water balls in the room early... Especially a gentleman named Khunkhun, who was very nice to children. This place is suitable for leisurely watching the sea, and the boat going out to sea can drive directly to the hotel's beach to pick us up... Very good!

The environment is very elegant, French style! The hotel has butler service! There are many restaurants, the buffet style changes every day, and the room refrigerator is very nice!

I stayed here on my birthday, and was surprised that all the staff I passed said "Happy Birthday!" Of course, thanks to the wonderful arrangement, it was the best birthday of my life. The grounds are spacious, so I like that it's not too busy even with many guests, and it's great that it's warm even in winter because the big Mt. Mourne nearby blocks the cold wind. I'm also happy that there are various ways to enjoy the hotel, such as a cinema, a playroom, and a library. It's such a wonderful hotel that I can't write it all down! I'm grateful to Gill and everyone else for their warm hospitality.
