What a fantastic trip. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The food was such high quality - far beyond what we had expected and you have a dedicated table for breakfast and dinner which is lovely because you can get to know your server and other guests. The spa facilities are excellent - the massage I had was one of the best I've had as well. You really feel this is a family run hotel with true love and care that goes into small details for their guests. We will be coming back next year. Not only is this luxury but also value for money

Fantastic stay with everything you need to make your stay extra special, enjoyed the spa/pool and evening activities throughout the week. I will visit again for sure. and will recommend to all my friends who want a great hotel close to the lifts to access the ski and also close to the bus stop/public services

Great hotel with great facilities. We were on holiday with our teenage children (17,15) whom had their own room. We stayed in the new luxury rooms and all was brand new and fresh. Our holiday was a skiing holiday, the ski bus it literally outside the hotel if you didn't want to take the 5-10 minute walk to the gondola. It is very central without having the central noise. The breakfast and dinner is always first class.

A very nice hotel. The staff is friendly, good location in Mayrhofen, the rooms are well equipped & clean. We had a good time and we'll come again for sure! There is a play room for smaller kids, but also a game room for bigger ones, with PS, pingpong and others. The rooftop pool is amaizing.

Lovely stay in your hotel, friendly waiters and people at reception and cleaning the rooms. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty. 1 negative point for me : opening hours sauna till 8 pm would be better till 10 pm CU next year again :-) greetings Luc

From our first greeting at reception, to our final farewell upon departure, the staff at Hotel Neue Post excelled. Every aspect of our short stay was memorable. The food was remarkable. Sumptious breakfasts set us up for each day on the mountain, the afternoon 'snack' offering made coming down early an inticing prospect, and the multicourse evening meals delighted. Our room was fantastic with a great view of the town and the hills. The facilities in the hotel exceeded our expectations, with a particular shoutout to the stunning rooftop pool. If there's a better way to relax after a day of shredding the slopes than reclinging in a pool fitted with jacuzzi jets, a drink in one hand as the evening sun fades and the snow falls .. well, I haven't found it! My only negative? We couldn't stay longer!

Staying at this hotel is like staying with family in a good way. The staff always made you feel welcome! The rooms were spacious. The location was great and the outdoor pool with drinks service after a long day of ski was divine. Highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly, pampering and fun crew, fantastic food, amazing facilities, super clean hotel and rooms. We'll return for sure! We were surprised to find the 2 swimming pool areas, lounge, bar, great restaurant and kids entertainment, playing rooms and video games area. Highly recommended.
