EBundu Lodge

The overall stay was perfect. In the future i will still use your lodge and refer friends and family to eBundu.

Unfortunately, the place is not well maintained, food is below par and service is almost nonexistent. Basic things like taps are loose and the bathrooms smelled of something awful. They used to be a very good value for money offering, management has let the place go backwards.

Our expectations were quite high, as we already stayed at the lodge before. This time we didn't had the best experience. From the quality of the room, no water pressure, no hot water in the shower, The breakfast was also disapointing has we were expecting the samo variety and quality that it was offered before covid. I realy hope that you can imporve your quality because you have an outstandid location and your service staff are very friendly and helpfull

very good hospitality, stuff very humble ,room was very clean i will definitely recommend this place .any one to visist nelspruit and looking for accommodation ebundu is the best place to go .Value for money

Aircon did not work, after a lot of complaining I was offered another room but did not want to move rooms middle of the night. I was supplied with an old dirty fan. Dirty panties of previous occupants in still in the drawer, the shower taps not marked between hot and cold, we were 3 occupants but was only supplied with 2 towels... This used to be a great stayover, but they will not see me again... All in all a bad experience

I have visited eBundu for many years and i enjoy visiting, after 4 years of visit. I was put in the new units, with tent like structures, I was not comfortable with the tent set up. i am used to walls set up.

The lodge itself has a bush feel to it with a great view from the balcony of our room. Was woken up early by the Sunday service in the Chapel. The staff in general is really friendly, was just disappointed in the staff of the spa. Was excited for a couples spa session, but they could not accommodate us within our stay.

The day after we got there our neighbors woke up so early and their car was pumping music nonstop I eventually called the Reception after 2 hours was told that they would send Securities into the place. Was so disappointed that there is no wi fi coverage in the rooms even in the Restaurant area you must sit in a certain area, that for me was a no no my kids wanted us to move out immediately we realize that we were screwed. The day before I checked out same thing happened, my neighbors played their Radio like they were in a Party. Like I mean, are there no rules in that place? People are there to rest and not being woken up by the inconsiderate people.

The stay in room 48 was all good except for 3 things. 1. Aircon was broken 2. The tv channels where all bad with signal and could not watch tv 3. The package inculded Wifi but there was no Wifi at all.
