Extended stay but it doesn’t means is good.
1 lift serve many floor… I worry if have fire how… staircase very dark…
Now no swimming pool…
The bedsheet and pillow case not clean…
Watery shampoo and body bath as water are added… I pour away but refill the same thing.
Last time used to be very good but now…. SAD….

Generally it was a pleasant stay and great experience. The engineering and housekeeping teams are fast to respond on our needs. Perhaps, the hotel could install better quality day and night curtains as we always being awake by morning and afternoon sunlight to the bedroom.

Walking distance to Deli Plaza mall. The apartment is good and value for money. The downsize maybe not facilities such as swimming pool, gym or breakfast

First time stay in this hotel, everything is Good and location is convenient. The room size is big and very clean. The staff also kind and friendly. But no room service and no breakfast. They have restaurant near lobby or reception.

The hotel location is nice , but the cleanliness is not good , sewer smell was coming out of the toilet , the bed is not cleaned properly ( some leftover hair on the sheet ) , the living room table was broken and only glued back on so i almost broke it when touching it

I booked 2 non-smoking room but the staffs mention that it is not written. I have to then show the proof but it is pointless, they do not have enough room to accommodate. The swimming pool is attached to the condominium swimming pool and the staff has to manually escort guests to go in through a separate path. They also do not inform to take the in-room towel.
Also lastly, the in-room towels are filthy. The hotel can do a better job in washing the towels
