Excellent location on Spencer Street ,just opposites the Southern Cross Station,so easy to get around by foot or public transport.eg: Flinders street Station,Swanston Street for all kinds of foods ,China Town ...
Staffs there are all nice and friendly . Best point for my this trip is onsite car parking .It is great for people driving in!

Great Southern is a good transit and access to central city of Melbourne. The main railway station and two large supermarkets are only 1-3 mins walk. Central city, parks and ups ale shopping also only a few minutes or free central city trams are a highlight. The hotel is a good choice for students, domestic travellers and international tour groups.

I would thoroughly recommend the family room for families at this hotel . Spacious rooms with large beds and a generous bathroom . ＜5minute walk from train station. Food is available downstairs. We had the breakfast in the morning. Was so convenient in many ways . Check in/out was also easy . Great value for money .
