We liked the spacious apartments you get with Quest compared to its rivals who often charge more for a much smaller apartment.

Great location. Property is a bit aged/dated. But it’s well maintained and clean. Reception and cleaning services were friendly and very helpful. Higher floors have great views of Melbourne landmarks.

We absolutely loved our upgraded 2 bdr apartment. Staff were beautiful and accommodating. Beds were sooo comfy and even though we were there during NYE, we didn't hear any noise at all. Great facilities and perfect location, with walking distance to everything we needed.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Didnt hear other guests but could hear traffic noises. Bed wasn't overly comfortable.

Someone allowed their children to continue to run through the hallways late at night for both nights so I am sure this was heard across multiple floors. It was after hours so no fault of the staff, just the parents!
