This hotel was terrible. The brick facade was off the front which should’ve been my sign to turn around. As soon as I went inside I noticed a sign on the front that said the hotel was short staffed, and housekeeping was “by appointment.” I checked in and went to our room. It was absolutely NOTHING like the photos that were shown during booking. The bathroom was dirty. There was mold/mildew on the walls of the shower. The area around the toilet was filthy, and the toilet set was peeling. I turned on the shower, and water came out of the shower head and the faucet, which filled up the tub. The ac/heating unit worked, but pieces on it were broken. The curtains were filthy; dirt and stains all over them. The bed sheets had stains on them, however it did appear they had been washed. The walls and doors appeared to have been painted over paint and was chipping off. Our room door did not close properly either. I was unable to stay in this room and we checked out an hour after I checked in. The employee was going to give me a refund, but said he could not because the room was booked through *******. So I was out the $100.
