Dalle recensioni ero un pochino spaventata di cosa potesse attendermi, è vero che il check-in cosi come il check-out vengono effettuati in autonomia ma non credo sia uno svantaggio nè per la struttura nè per i clienti. Il palazzo è ben tenuto e personalmente la camera è stata ottima, unica pecca il bagnetto senza bidet e le lampade con le lucine che non funzionavano.. per il resto tutti super cordiali e gentili, camera grande il giusto con tutto il necessario . La ragazza che si occupava delle pulizie è stata squisita cosi come la cordialità del bar in convenzione con la struttura per quanto riguarda la colazione.. davvero molto soddisfatta, da tenere in considerazione per un eventuale ritorno in città. In camera, ad ogni pulizia giornaliera, lasciavano anche le cialde per il caffè visto che all’esterno della camera, in un piccolo disimpegno è posizionata la macchinetta del caffè per i clienti, cosi come la camomilla e delle caramelle, credo che sia un cosa molto curata e apprezzata dai clienti.. la posizione è ottima con supermercato, banca e altri negozi utili esattamente sotto al palazzo e soprattutto fermata bus e tram.

Ci troviamo a pernottare in questa 'struttura' check-in tutto a modo loro senza senso spiati da telecamere.. Arrivati in camera l'incubo, un tugurio, muri sporchi, condizionatore solo per figura, mi dice di chiamare il 101 dal telefono in qualsiasi ora ma non risponde, letto no comment... Fino ad arrivare al bagno corridoio lurido, teli bagno sporchi. La sua fortuna che si paga alla cieca e che era tardi... Ah dimenticavo a febbraio la finestra del bagno resta aperta quindi bella temperatura in tutta la stanza.... Pessimo mai più
