Beautiful Resort ! Excellent place to go and enjoy Natural Greenery and enjoy Nature, Surjivan is away from Pollution and Noise. You will feel as if you have come to a Heritage village of India found in good olden days. I am here with my family for the third time today, and would like to come again and again. The ***ager Rohini Ji is very talented and very co operative. Staff is also very good and ready to always help and serve. Everyone should go there..!

We had planned a weekend getaway from delhi but by the time we returned we realised if we control and curb pollution it’s not too difficult to return the lost glory of our land. Thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation with splash pool and food that reminded me that one doesn’t need lavish menu lavish decor and high class service. All that counts if how affectionately it’s prepared and served. Special thanks to Ms Rohini and the staff to make the visit a memorable one.

A splendid resort on the outskirts of Delhi, Surjivan provides a quick getaway to relax and rejuvenate. I booked a single-night stay here, with my wife and children (6-year-olds). We reached the resort at noon and after a quick check-in, we were taken to our room on the ground floor. ROOMS - The room was big, with one double, two single beds, and a very clean bathroom. The mud plaster and paintings on the wall and ceiling gave a very rural charm to the interior. FOOD - All meals were delicious, healthy, and freshly cooked. They have a separate wood-fired kitchen for rotis, which makes them very soft and smoky. AMBIANCE - Surjivan does have a rustic, ethenic feeling to it. The architecture is very rural, with all walls plastered with mud and painted. FACILITIES - The Resort offers a lot of different facilities. I was very happy just to watch my children playing outside and wander around the lush green lawns, and activity areas, and splash around in the swimming pool. Lastly, a big thank you to all the wonderful staff and ***agement of Surjivan, especially to Rohini Ma'am and Amol Sir, THANK YOU.

The place is having beautiful ambience and delicious food. It keeps you close to nature with all basic amenities available. The people there are caring, helpful and friendly. Thanks to Ashwini ji, Amol ji and Nand Kishore ji for the hospitality. Would definitely suggest all to visit once.

All positives.. Hope to see u soon 1. Rooms were one of it's kind with a splash pool 2. Special regards to ashwini sir, amol sir, rohini mam infact all of the staff 3. Food was the best i have tasted ever 4. Owner of it personally calls to it's guest before check out.. Only to know if there is anything that we can improve upon.. Our experience.. Thank u surjivan.

We planned a family outing for weekend but our weekend got spoiled after just entering into the property. Starting from Check in... The rooms allotted to us were not up to the mark ACs were not working properly, requested to change the rooms to which the entire family got scattered as 1 room was available here n d other there but again ACs were not working in either of the rooms. Requested the ***ager to refund our amount as it was very difficult to adjust in such a property where lizards were on the beds. To which ***ager denied that he will not refund, we advised he can refund 50% of our amount as we had already paid 50K but still we were ok wid the loss but he was ada***t that he will not refund rather requested us to adjust, We finally got our rooms at around 2pm and went for lunch. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. Resort had so much restrictions as one will get a feeling if you are not on vacation but in a JAIL. In the morning just after breakfast we were told Sir you all have to check out at 11Am from the rooms and have to check out from the property at 11.30 AM, I mean who being in the hospitality industry will ask their guest to leave the property. our Kids were in the pool and we were told to vacate the pool right away and leave or else pay 1000 per person and enjoy till evening, So money minded people, no courtesy, no hospitality such a rude ***ager , all other staff from house keeping to chef to waiters all were very nice. So overall a very bad experience such a waste of money waste of time and energy, Will never ever refer this resort to anyone as it was a nightmare for all 21 of us.

Surjivan resort is very good property...... Food is very tasty and delicious food ***ager is very good person that guy name is tushar. And their was a one sweet guy that guy name is ashwini they treat us very good

Nice.. Really had a great time here... Especially the arrangement of celebration you did is a speechless and candle light dinner. The staff is very friendly and the herbal walk was quite interesting the way they explained. I loved it something different. I would like to come again as family vacation

I recently had a horrifying experience while attempting to book a stay at Surjivan Resort. Although I did not actually stay at the resort, the encounter left me deeply disturbed and compelled me to share my ordeal. During the booking process, I encountered an incident that no guest should ever have to experience. While attempting to finalize my reservation, I was met with an incredibly hostile and insulting attitude from the staff. To my shock, they de***ded booking money without providing details, essentially holding me at gunpoint, metaphorically speaking. Adding insult to injury, the staff members were completely uncooperative and unhelpful when I sought clarification or further details regarding the booking. Instead of providing the necessary information or addressing my concerns, they showed a complete lack of interest and dismissed my inquiries outright. It was evident that their sole focus was on extracting as much money as possible, rather than providing quality customer service. To my utmost disbelief, the situation worsened as my scheduled arrival date approached. Just when I thought the ordeal couldn't get any worse, the resort staff abruptly canceled my booking without any reasonable explanation. This abrupt cancellation occurred while my travel party and I were in transit, about to reach the resort. The lack of professionalism and consideration displayed by the staff at Surjivan Resort was truly shocking and left us stranded and scrambling for alternative accommodations. Based on this appalling experience with the booking process alone, I can confidently say that Surjivan Resort should be avoided at all costs. The rude behavior, unhelpful attitude, and last-minute cancellation demonstrated a complete disregard for basic principles of customer service and common decency. I urge anyone considering a stay at Surjivan Resort to look elsewhere for accommodation, as their conduct is unacceptable and indicative of a severely mis***aged establishment.
