Hotel bathroom maintenance was neglected. Breakfast was with limited variety and below average Ibis standard throughout my 3 day stay

The floors were a little dirty, but the rooms were very comfortable!

Could not sleep as the police were parked outside the hotel all night with their lights flashing. Moved hotel after one day.

The hotel room is not big but relatively tidy. The hotel includes breakfast, but it is relatively simple. The location is relatively good. There is a pedestrian street downstairs with many restaurants and Chinese restaurants nearby. The overall price/performance ratio is quite high.

This is the most unsatisfactory hotel among several hotels on this trip. When booking online, the photo of the National Art Palace was shown, which is far away from the hotel. In fact, the hotel is quite ordinary in appearance, so it is a scam! I asked for a street-facing room, which was sunny and nice, but the bathroom was a simple glass partition and painted rose red (￣д￣;). Breakfast is in the lobby on the ground floor, with few varieties and very simple. The transportation is very convenient, and you can see the Insurgentes subway station when you go out.

Health: Just make do with it, service attitude is good and enthusiastic

There were two washbasins, which was very convenient for two girls who were traveling together, and we were able to make our own waffles for breakfast, and had Mexican-style chips as our staple food, which was very fun. The location was right next to a busy street, so we weren't afraid at night.

The location is very good, very close to Independence Column and Reform Avenue. Very safe, in the wealthy area. The rooms are small and a bit cramped. Breakfast is ok. Hotel front desk service can also. The surrounding environment is very bustling and lively.

In the center of Mexico City, there is always a police station downstairs, and the security is high. There are many restaurants around, the breakfast is average, and there are few staple food choices. Indoor facilities are average, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers are not provided

Horrible experience here would not recommend this to anybody. Staff was extremely rude. Staff tried to add additional charges, and when I question them, they delayed my access to the room would not recommend this place to anybody.

Great choice for a reasonably priced hotel in a good location. I was initially apprehensive after being assigned a first floor room suite (functionally 2nd floor) off the street, but had zero issue with noise. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. They provide water during your stay, and there is hot and cold drinking water and tea available at all hours. Breakfast mainly consisted of a variety of fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices, and sometimes pastries and boiled eggs. The hotel is staffed and secure at all hours, and staff and security are excellent. Location is perfect-restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking distance.

Overall, staffs are so friendly and always want to assist right away. I had a great time for my solo trip. The location was amazing. You can easily access to stores, tourist places and transportation. You may even like if you like running. One thing I was less like was about noisy from other guest in the middle of night, but it was solved at the end. Overall, it was great time to stay here during my whole trip. Especially I’d like to thank to two of generous security staffs and one of staff lady who helps my needs kindly.

had a lovely stay. location, being in la zona rosa, was ideal. i feel the breakfast though adequate left something to be desired. some mornings there was no bread; other mornings no eggs.
