Likes: clean, bathroom, clean linens, Decent breakfast.
Dislikes: micro wave that kept beeping in the middle of the night, regardless of settings. I did not rip it out of the wall, but that is the only thing that would’ve fixed it. Carpets in the halls, and in the rooms were dirty and needed vacuuming. I love the Hampton brand, But this one didn’t measure up. Airport shuttle was spotty. It required calls to the front desk to get response.

The room was not upgraded well. Paint over site and rust with seal over it. Half of the gym equipment did not work. Staff was great but facility was not properly renovated.

We just checked in so I don’t have much info for a proper review but it was nice to have a complimentary shuttle from the airport. The wait time can take up to 20 min but you get to save 16-20 bucks.

The hotel was clean and well cared for. We had tried to reserve the shuttle to the cruise port a day prior to our arrival, but were told we could not do that until we checked in. When we checked in We were told the shuttles were sold out. We ended up taking a cab (which the young lady at the front desk was kind enough to call and reserve for us). On the whole, it was a nice hotel with nice staff, but we chose it for the shuttle which didn't work out for us.
On the plus side, there were some gluten free options in the breakfast area, which is unusual to find and greatly appreciated in a family where multiple people have Celiac.
The only thing that kept this from being fully five star was the cruise shuttle issue, but they were helpful to find us a taxi and it ended up costing us not too much more than the shuttle would have.

Room keys worked once then stopped. Reset keys still worked once. Food trucks in parking lot?!? Multi-day parking was supposed to be charged and was not…we corrected with staff. Staff was very nice but seemed young and inexperienced. Elevator lights for floors did not light to let you know your selection was enabled. Room conditions were clean, well-stocked and excellent.

Everyone was wonderful - from the shuttle driver to the front desk staff. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Room was very nice!
