Terrible customer service. Rooms smell like mold. Did not a get a refund, refused to stay at the hotel.

Great location, clean and cozy apartment. However, there was an issue with the key. It's inconvenient for a foreigner to register and receive the key when the internet is poor or nonexistent.

The floor was still dirty and two of us had dermatitis after sleeping in the sheets. It incredibly irritated our skin and we had a bed bug scare.

Excellent stay in Brera Fantastic location, around 10 to 15 minutes walk to Duomo Cathedral square and main shopping area. Loads of great restaurants in Brera, clean apartment with good WiFi, shower and aircon. Excellent base to explore Milan and surrounding areas.

Great location in the historic and lively Brera area. The appartement is large and clean. We did not cook but it looks like there’s everything if you need to. The staff was welcoming and available for questions. And there’s an option to store your luggage on departure’s day not too far from the flat.
