Palazzo Cordusio, a Gran Melia Hotel

Nigh**are stay 1. The hotel is located above two subways. It starts rumbling from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., like an earthquake. I can’t sleep. 2. Most of the staff are not well trained, have no sense of service, have bad attitudes and are amateurs, and very few can 3. The hotel charges are close to those of the Four Seasons Hotel, but there are no supporting facilities. There is no hotel gate for parking on the first floor, so you have to take off your luggage by yourself. There is no reception hall on the first floor, it is just an aisle. You have to go to the top of the 5th floor to check in. There is only a small sofa. Apart from this, there are no supporting facilities. You have to spend money to sit in the restaurant and bar. The gym is in an old space in the guest room on the third floor. 4. The bed sheets in the hotel room smelled like hospital disinfectant, and my eyes were inflamed the next day after using the towels. I just want to say, "The hotel is too shady to make shady money. Remember that there is justice in heaven and earth."

New hotel, high standard and very well furnished rooms. Excellent breakfast. There are 2 restaurants, one Sushi and the other traditional, a piece of advice for the Sushi restaurant, do not take reservations for the late evening because they occupy the tables for too long and the hotel customers certainly don't want to eat leaning on the counter on one footstool.

The location is very beautiful, even though you are almost on the street. The staff is not up to par, the tastings accompanying the aperitif are discreet but limited. The prices are not transparent, we thought we had ordered a bottle costing 45 euros but instead it was the price of a glass. In the city there are much better offers from all points of view and with an adequate quality-price ratio.

Nothing to say about the truly beautiful location and very good cocktails. The bad thing is that although the Milan-Turin cocktail cost €16, we paid €18. We expressed doubt that perhaps there was a mistake, but we were told that it was correct. They didn't ask to check the menu at the time, it didn't seem appropriate to us. The fact is that checking the menu on the Internet, the cocktail cost €16. Maybe a little more attention wouldn't hurt.

Finally an enchanting place where you can drink top class cocktails made to perfection accompanied by excellent quality finger food, where the welcome and attention to the customer are perfectly in harmony with the beauty of the place, where an aperitif turns out to be truly a moment of escape and pampering. Finally an exclusive place in Milan where there is substance and not just appearance, from which you leave satisfied. Congratulations to everyone, exceptional staff!

Elegant hotel tastefully furnished, staff at the entrance professional and kind.... Bad experience at the entrance to the bar with an irritating and unprofessional young lady... when asked for a table for an aperitif the answer to no was very unpleasant and curt!!! I had already been but with a different welcome

Giardino Cordusio is a bar with fresh elegance albeit in a context of coherent (with the building that houses the venue) classicism. Enveloping, floral and luminous. The cocktail offering is good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the dishes accompanying the drinks are too limited and above all exclusively cold (the timeless club sandwich for example would not have gone amiss). Friendly staff but a little awkward and clumsy in their ways. Overall a nice experience in which the location reigns supreme.
