The hotel was terrible. The aircon did not work for 6nights that I stayed there. The room is very old and feels stuffy. The appliances in the toilet are old and almost falling off. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They provide you with a fan since the aircon does not work. Absolutely unacceptable. The staff was nice and polite. They understood the problem and agreed to the issue but could only apologise for the inconvenience. I do not blame them for the poor management of the hotel. The pictures are completely deceiving from the reality of the room. I would never stay there again and would recommend it to my worst enemy.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was self-service, all Western-style breakfast, bread and the like. The fried eggs with butter were very good! But why was the room given different from the one I booked? The room given did not have a balcony, but the picture showed one.

The hotel is new, very good. Very nice staff, comfortable cool bed, kettle, tea, coffee in the room. The location is excellent - 7-10 minutes walk to the center, there is a store nearby. Special thanks to the hotel for a pleasant surprise with balloons and dessert for my birthday 🩷 10 of 10!!

The environment is good, that's the only advantage. It's a four-star hotel, but there are no slippers. The hot water for showering was gone in just five minutes, so I had to use cold water for the second half. The shower head is the type from more than ten years ago, which is very difficult to use. I have to save water several times before pressing the toilet, and the water pressure is not enough. I found my sunglasses missing just after I left, but when I asked again after I left, they said they didn't find them. After calling several times, they still said they didn't find them. So I suggest you don't put valuables in your luggage storage. You took sunglasses worth hundreds of dollars. You must be crazy because you are poor. This is what hotels in the old town of Italy are like. Over.

It's a pity that we didn't go to the destination. After communicating with the platform customer service, the hotel still refused to refund the room fee. The communication 7 days in advance did not achieve the goal. This is regrettable. Hope to experience it again in the future.

Very good hotel, convenient location, great room, bathroom a little small. Room soundproofing needs to be improved. Very cost-effective, I will choose max brown next time
