Kleos Hotel Milano Reviews

This hotel was ok, air-conditioned unfortunately didn't work and bed was very hard - not my preference. The TV in the room also didn't work. But overall was ok if your willing to walk quite a bit to the city centre.

We had a great stay at Kleos. It had everything we look for in a hotel. Modern and spotlessly clean room with a great bathroom. The reception was open 24 hours and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. There is a bistro on site and tastefully decorated sitting area. The location is great, very close to a metro station, as well as tram and bus stops. Tram number 5, which stops just around the corner was very convenient for the train station. The metro was running till later (00:40) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. However, there are a couple of busses that run after the metro stops. They were fast and easy to use. You can just tap your card to pay ( please note that you have to use a different card for each ticket). Highly recommend the hotel and would happily return on our next trip.

This hotel is close to Susa subway station. It is only 8-10 minutes’ walk away. It is very convenient to travel. There is a Japanese restaurant opposite. There is a buffet in the evening. I went there on the first day of arrival. It can save the Chinese stomach/Asian stomach. The room is very clean, spacious and bright. It is definitely enough for one person. There is also a sofa bed where you can put some things. The facilities are relatively complete. I like the hotel breakfast. The dining environment is also very quiet and comfortable. The front desk can speak English and the attitude is also very enthusiastic. The overall impression is quite good. This hotel is close to the city and is a fast hotel type with a medium to high cost performance. The disadvantage may be that the sound insulation of the room is slightly worse. Sometimes it feels a bit noisy. I stayed here for a total of 4 nights and bought breakfast for 3 days: (I had to catch the train on the last morning, so I didn’t eat in the hotel)~ The picture is posted for your reference when choosing a hotel.

Excellent hotel, very good location, in between Linate Airport and the centre of Milan with good metro connections. Ahmed was so helpful and tried to make our stay special. Breakfast was good with homemade cakes! Rooms on the small side, but very clean

Clean, friendly hotell, not far from Milan Central Station. Okey breakfast, friendly staff and d clean rooms. Worth the price👍. Recommended for a short stay. But nothing more. 1/2 hour from Milan Central Station. You could walk, but I recommend a Taxi.

Rooms was perfectly clean and with very nice modern interior. The staff was very helpful and they made our stay very simple even we were in Italy for the first time. I strongly recommend it for all kinds of travelers because its location allows you to be in the city heart for no more than 30 minutes by foot and the prices of rooms are reasonable.

We were in Milan for one night only, so just needed a place for our bags and a good night's sleep. The hotel looks dated from outside and hasn't got much going for it inside. Did not matter to us, as we were not staying long. The rooms are on the small side, but clean (you might need to catch a couple of moths), bathroom a decent size. If you are looking for a centrally located hotel, I would not recommend, as it's about 20 min by bus to Duomo or 15 min by tram to Milano Centrale. The disappointment to us was the lack of soundproofing and subsequent lack of response from the hotel. Guests in the room above or near us woke us up before 6am with TV blasting at full sound. 15-20min in, we contacted Reception, who promised to help, but did nothing. Another 20min later, our second call to Reception went unanswered. We had a "pleasure" of listening to some Italian chat show for almost two hours, it was so loud, we could make out every word. Upon check out , we raised this with the receptionist, who gave us an email address to write to. I am yet to receive a response.

Excellent structure, adequate efficient services with professional and courteous staff. Waking up in the morning after a night spent in comfortable and welcoming beds is a unique experience. Having breakfast in this hotel best prepares you for facing a cold and humid city. High quality products served by courteous, friendly staff who are very familiar and available to deal with every need. An extraordinary way to wish a good day even to superficial and hasty travellers. In this hotel I found a precious jewel capable of making difficult and complicated days less critical. To be recommended without any reservations

I spent a hell of a night due to the staff's inability to deal with annoying guests. The people who were staying in the room next to mine shouted from eleven in the evening, with even obscene noises, until three in the morning, when I demanded a change of room, which was granted to me, only after much insistence. Furthermore, the telephone in the room to communicate with the reception didn't work. The following morning I reported the mix-up to the reception who responded very politely saying: 'despite your two hours of sleep I wish you a good day'. Behavior like a tavern, not a hotel.

We spent the weekend for both work and leisure, with friends at the Hotel Kleos. Recently renovated structure. Nice and clean rooms, bathrooms a little small. Small problem: from our bathroom (I don't know if from the drain or from the drain) there was every now and then a musty smell, while in the bathroom of the room next to our friends there was no. Heater/air conditioner not very silent, while you sleep you can hear noise, and it's a bit annoying. Abundant breakfast, sweet and savory, very good. Young, helpful and friendly staff. In the end we had a good time, also due to the area in which it is well served by means of transport. Parking available not under the hotel's roof, but 200 meters further on there is a beautiful covered car park. We had a good time, we will be back.

Very nice hotel near the center of Milan, rooms although not too large, well furnished and functional, very new, friendly staff, the only flaw is there is no parking, but there is one nearby for a fee, Milan unfortunately yes, excellent value for money I would say. Advised

Well-serviced hotel, located near the subway, very clean, daily change of all linen, very friendly staff, good breakfast. We will certainly return as soon as we have the opportunity. Thank you
