Visited the Mellieha Bay hotel for a week from the 6 -to the 13 November the hotel is situated in a great place overlooking the bay and the scenery is amazing it is a very large hotel the decor throughout the hotel is very dated and the rooms are also in need of some TLC there is only one reastuant so we had to wait for a table on many occasions then when you get a table often had to ask a waiter for knives and forks and clean the table yourself-the food was of a good standard with plenty of selection Money is not accepted in general at the hotel you either sign for drinks etc or put money on a card and settle up on departure which I think is a good idea The hotel although in an amazing place overlooking the bay there are no local walks close by where you can stroll and see bars and shops the bus stop is around a 5 minutes walk away and Mellieha town about 3 klm away — I’ve heard that the hotel was built in the 60s and they intend to pull it all down after next summer and put up a new 5 star hotel there —-whilst travelling around Malta I suggest you get a public transport card which is 15 euros and allowed you 12 rides on the local buses that is if you go to Valletta it takes over a hour so we’ll worth it

I stayed in this hotel for about 15 days with my sister. I had a great time, I felt at home. The managers Anna and Antonio are good people. In this hotel I found kindness, availability, cleanliness. I absolutely recommend it

I stayed at the hotel in Nov 2023. It is run by owners, who are very helpful. It is within walking distance of the Central Train Station, and close to the Loreto metro station. The hotel does not have an elevator, but they help you transport your luggage to the room. The room is very cozy, clean, well decorated, with a mini balcony facing the street, totally isolated from outside noises. Not having breakfast, I would have liked it to have an electric kettle/jug, so I could heat up tea and coffee after the long days of sightseeing. Another detail, with which I had no luck, was the shower that did not have good pressure, and the stream was poor. The water didn't come out that hot. Payment was made to me at the end of the stay. I had a good stay.

Every time I come to Milan it is my first choice for value for money, friendliness and friendliness of the managers. Located in a strategic area, not far from the Central station. You can also get there on foot if you like walking and have light luggage along the shopping street of C.so Buenos Aires, also close to the Loreto and Lima metro stations. Optimal.

I stayed for 5 nights in this small hotel. Strategic location, really close to the Loreto stop. Very basic hotel, but very nice. Excellent cleanliness, the room was tidied up and cleaned every day. Excellent reception always open with the concierge always present. More than positive note: the two owners, Anna and Antonio, really nice and very kind. I will definitely come back!

Hotel with good location near the Loreto metro station. Clean and tidy room, sink outside the bathroom, unusual but comfortable. The owners were rude on first approach. The reception is conveniently open 24 hours a day.

Considering how cheap the room was, I was terrified of what I would find, but surprisingly, everything was perfect. The single room, small but sufficient and with a large window that overlooked a mini terrace and a beautiful garden. Everything impeccable. The mattress was not wonderful but sufficient. The bathroom is good and the only 'buts' are, one for the shower which was very very small, and another for the lighting which I thought was insufficient. The personal is ver kind and helpful. From the outside the double rooms looked very nice and spacious. The area was very quiet and, in my case, I did not have any loud neighbors to bother me. It is true that small noises could be heard perfectly from one room to another. On the same street 2 minutes away there is a cafeteria with a wide repertoire of delicious pastries. In short, a more than pleasant stay in this small hotel. A magnificent price/quality ratio. I will stay there again on future trips to Milan.
