到店電梯壞掉，三個25 k g箱子自己搬6層，退房時電梯又壞掉三個箱子又是自己搬6層下來，公寓沒有任何人幫助或講一句安慰的話，住四天不打掃衞生，不換毛巾和床單，打掃衞生35歐元/次，換毛巾10歐元/次，真不知道攜程怎麼會放這種酒店加盟，之前看網上都是好評，估計都是住一天的，我住四天受欺騙了，攜程在網上説專業公司負責清潔，但埋坑不説要付費，而且是付280元人民幣/天，☹️評！差評！差評！

簡直不可理喻難以置信的酒店！！！中國時間當天大約下午4：05（意大利時間上午10點）下的訂單（圖1是酒店確認單郵件），因考慮到晚上9點才能到米蘭，因此於中國晚上23:22（意大利時間下午5點）聯繫攜程客服，要求客服提前跟酒店確定酒店前台是否是24小時值班。客服説聯繫不上酒店。當時交代客服一定要聯繫上酒店，我們晚上9點到酒店。客服提示説酒店的服務時間是：下午3:00-晚上9:00.待到晚上9點多到米蘭到達酒店，發現那是棟公寓樓，根本找不到酒店總枱或酒店任何人員，我們兩個女人輪流從一樓找到6樓，找了7次，由於經歷了將近20小時的旅程，加上這種折騰，我們累半死。聯繫攜程客服，答覆始終聯繫不到酒店工作人員。後來攜程客服幫忙在附近又找了一家酒店給我們應急。由於語言不通沒有打車軟件，在米蘭是叫不到出租車的，最後，我們兩個又飢又餓的女人，深夜在米蘭的街頭拉着4個26寸的大行李箱在街頭走了一個多小時才走到應急的酒店（雖然提示直線距離衹有850米），真的是狼狽到極點，簡直差點累死在深夜的米蘭街頭。由於是訂了2天的房，第二天下午攜程終於聯繫上酒店服務人員了，我們倆又拖着4大箱行李再次返回到酒店辦理入住後匆匆出去辦事，到了晚上回房發現我們一直要求的2張床（訂單體現的是一張沙發床一張大床），衹有一張大床，沙發床是拉不開（壞了）的，出去找服務人員，還是沒找到，有了前天的經歷，就不想折騰再找客服了，最後兩個疲憊的同事勉強湊合睡一張床，由於不習慣，搞得倆人一夜都沒睡好。這是本人走過幾十個國家以來最糟糕的一次住店體驗，當時的憤怒和絕望無法言喻，攜程能跟這種合作商簽約真的是種悲劇！！！

Very well located and recently refurbished building. Staff very friendly and apartment very spacious. Can be a bit noise because of the tram nearby.

The property has a lot of positive points. It is in a great location and next to the station. Alessandro was amazing with communication before arrival and during, as were the rest of the reception staff. Very clean and kitchenette had everything in it.
Negative points: Lift was out of order for 1.5 days of our 2 day stay. We had to walk up and down 5 floors. We had a studio but the bed was the most uncomfortable ever. It should not be given anyone to sleep on. There is no support, it is small, lumpy and gave us back pain. The terrace we had was lovely but there was some sort of a wasp's nest which meant we could not use it or open the doors. Lots of mosquitos in the apartment too and we were covered in bites from head to toe. It is good for a few days but we would not stay again due to the bed mainly. Codes are also not released until 3pm which can be stressful as if you arrive 10 minutes earlier, they make you wait! Not made clear from communications that code will only be released at 3pm.
