It was amazing, before we got there they contacted me and I explained a few things that I was hoping they could assist with and not only did they provide the assistance they went beyond helping us through our 4 days there. The customer service is above and beyond amazing.
I was competing in a race and the day before I had back issues, they found and booked an apply for a sports message for me, then I asked if they had a shuttle to the race, they didn’t but booked me a private car to the event.
I could go on about how helpful they were. Would stay here again for sure

Phenomenal! We stayed at this hotel for the first time and I must say that we are super satisfied. Very kind and always helpful staff and, importantly, always smiling and this is a plus, really good!!! Half board at the hotel next door with delicious, quality dishes! In the morning a splendid sweet and savory breakfast with a wide choice of cakes and croissants. I recommend the delicious cream one! Here too the staff were really kind and super helpful. On Easter morning for our children two splendid chocolate eggs. Well done Well done! Excellent cleaning!

It is the second year that we return to Solemare. A certainty. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. We always take the family suite because it is very comfortable with two children. Very nice room, neat and clean. Very clean and well-equipped children's play area. The beach is attached to the hotel, very convenient. At the Peperittima beach club, the hotel's seaside area, you have a great time and the food is amazing. Well-finished dishes, which pay off both the palate and the sight. Only compliments for this wonderful place in Romagna that I love. A special thanks to Barbara, always available for our requests!

the first time we went there was 25 years ago and since then when we manage to find a place we always come back here, the difficult thing is finding a place...
the only flaw is that there are few internal parking spaces and they give priority to longer stays and not to the arrival date

Fantastic hotel, with just friendly staff. The food was amazing, no restaurant can beat it. What a choice. You have your own table, where your drinks are already waiting for you. The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom was top notch!!

I spent a holiday in a very tastefully renovated hotel, the lobby, dining room and rooms are beautifully furnished The value for money is perfect The owning family knows their job, they are welcoming, smiling and their team is very professional.
