Courtyard Lima Miraflores

Great location and good service however expected some room amenities which were not there.

As usual, Courtyard never failed. And that is why I always return. The personnel was amazing, particularly Jose Espinoza who cleaned diligently our room. Everyone at the reception, kitchen, concierge, cleaning services, etc… was very kind, attentive. They helped us with everything (my son was and I were very sick) no matter the time of the night…. And that is why always come back tp Marriott hotels and the Courtyard in Lima is the best choice. From the services to the facilities and the great location.

Unclear to me why Marriott includes this property in its portfolio of "Courtyards." It far exceeds any Courtyard to which I have visited. What distinguishes this property from all others? Allow me to isolate just a few of the wonderful things that I enjoyed during my stay at the Courtyard Lima Miraflores: 1. Hospitality on STEROIDS. The staff could not have been more gracious, attentive, and patient. 2. Clean to the point one might ask oneself if this is a new property! 3. Price - VERY reasonable price for the quality accommodations. 4. Access to Miraflores. Everything in the neighborhood is an easy walk amid the Lima traffic to places. 5. On-site restaurant - not only serves a bountiful breakfast but also lunch and dinner.

This hotel was my favorite hotel during my trip in Peru. Fabio and Doris were very accommodating and friendly. The service was impeccable and overall was a very clean hotel. I felt safe and comfortable during my entire stay here.

I had an amazing stay at the Marriott Court Yard Miraflores in Lima, Peru! I stayed from May 16th to May 28th, 2025. The rooms were spotless, and the Bistro 400 restaurant served great food. The hotel is in a great location two blocks form park Kennedy and about 8 blocks from the ocean and Larco mall. It was a great stay the staff were always friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I was well taken care off. My room was a city view king, I had an awesome view of the city on the 10th floor. The room was well appointed with a walk in shower. The bed was comfortable and was reasonably priced. Hotels in the area that would be better than the courtyard include the JW and the Pullman, but would be around twice the cost. The court yard is great hotel for the money in a great location with 5 star service. I highly recommend. One small tip, the city view room is the lowest type of room you should book. The have small and cheaper room but the window is to an interior court yard with no light I wanted to thank Jaime from Housekeeping. He was so helpful and always made sure my room was clean, extra towels, and plenty of water. He provided fantastic service, and I really appreciate his attention to detail.Noriiko from Bistro 400. She greeted me every morning with a warm smile and a friendly conversation. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. She was very attentive to my meals and always made me feel so well cared for. You’re so lucky to have such an amazing server! She truly stands out among the hotel staff.Johny was also a fantastic server at Bistro 400.
