Albergo vicino all’ospedale, posizione comoda per visite frequenti. Di moderno ha solo il nome, le camere molto piccole e vecchie, confort al minimo arredamento ed impianti scadenti. Colazione sgradevole. Allo stesso prezzo si trova molto meglio nelle vicinanze.

Mi sono recato in questo albergo assieme alla mia fidanzata durante una nostra vacanza a Modena. L'hotel sorge in una zona decentrata della citta', di fronte al policlinico, ma questo non deve scoraggiarvi, perche' in pochi minuti di autobus o di macchina si arriva velocemente in centro. Il personale e' sempre molto gentile e disponibile, le camere pulite, i letti comodi e il bagno essenziale. Buona anche la colazione che si puo' fare nel bar sottostante. Consigliato soprattutto per soggiorni brevi e viaggi di passaggio.

Hotel basico, quindi senza nessun orpello... obiettivamente al limite, insomma un po' tristarello... ma escludendo questo aspetto pulitissimo, servizi essenziali presenti (armadio, scrivania, condizionatore, tv, piano appoggio), parcheggio auto interno, e colazione decisamente buona e varia per un hotel di questo livello... Insomma una buona scelta in relazione al prezzo...

Struttura ben tenuta, ampio parcheggio, pulizia eccellente, ottima e ben fornita colazione.
Personale presente e molto disponibile.
Se devo segnalare qualcosa di negativo: eccessivo spreco di acqua, secondo me, per avere acqua calda in doccia e stanza singola sulle scale perciò rumorosa anche di sera tardi e all'alba.
