Hôtel chic vue sur mer , très belle chambre, très grande, très belle salle de bain, très grande ( bain et douche) , lits très confortables, belles armoires , frigo. il manquait juste un sèche- cheveux dommage. le petit déjeuner était très bien. le personnel un peu froid mais attentif. je n ai pas pu payer les extras avec ma carte visa à la sortie, c 'était étonnant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

호텔 자체는 오래되었지만 관리는 잘되어있는 것 같아요 직원분들도 친절하고 방도 넓은 편이라 좋았어요 특히 욕실이 엄청 넓네요 창밖으로 바다도 보이고 분수쇼도 볼 수 있고, 주변에 편의시설이나 식당 등이 많아서 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점이 2개 있었는데 하나는 실내가 너무 어둡다는 거였어요 이건 리모델링이 필요해보였어요 그리고 또 하나는 보안 문제예요. 요즘 호텔 엘리베이터처럼 카드키 찍고 층수 누르는 방식이 아닌데, 후문쪽엔 직원도 따로 없어서 그쪽에 있는 엘리베이터는 외부인이 그냥 타고 올라와도 바로 객실 문까지 접근가능하더라구요 물론 객실 안에 잠금 장치가 있지만 좀 신경쓰이더라구요. 보안 문제는 좀 더 보완해주시면 좋을 것 같아요.

사용 자재도 고급스럽고, 관리가 잘 되고 있는 것이 느껴지는

위치도 좋았습니다 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 추천드립니다. 앞에 바로 바다가 있어서 뷰가 좋음. 건물지하 주차장 외에 길건너 주차장이 더 있음. 욕실이 넓고 샤워부스가 따로 있음 근처 식당 및 편의점이 많음. 복도가 조용함.

프런트에 체크인 받으시는분 교육좀 시키세요 22일 3시 입실시간 맞춰서 도착했습니다 이름이 뭐냐 묻더니 이름을 듣고 뭔 설명도 없이
어? 이분 얼마전에 예약하고 체크인 안한거 같은데 혼자 얘기하더니 확인을 한다 뭔 말도 없고 계속 세워두더군요 제가 기다리다 문제 있나요? 했더니 대답도 안하고
제가 문제 있는거면 체크인 예약한거 보여드릴게요 하고선 보여드리니 보고선 찾아볼게요 하고 또 자기들끼리 문제가 있는지 앞에 세워두고 싸우고 옆에 계시던 남자분은 본거 같은데 그냥 나가버리고 제가 기다리다 저 지금 주차장에 엄마랑 딸이 기다리고 있는데 문제가 있는건지 뭔지 설명좀 해달라고 하니 짜증을 내는 말투로 확인중이에요 어이가없어서..
저 진짜 왠만해선 이런 불편한 리뷰 안쓰는데 기분 너무 나쁘더군요 여름휴가고 가족들도 있으니 참아볼라고 했는데.. 체크인 하시면 됩니다 하고 키를 주길래 받아서 뒤돌아서 엘레베이터 기다리고 있는데 저한테 다들리게 자기들끼리 싸우지를 않나 너무 화가나서 이름도 기억하는데 실명을 거론하면 안될꺼 같아 참습니다
그리고 여행객들이 묵는곳인데 내부공사를 하고 있는거면 공지사항에좀 올리셔야 하는거 아닌가요? 목포가 가까운거리도 아니고 도착하니 내부공사중이더군요
잠시 쉬려고 들어갔는데 시끄러워서 쉴수가없어요 프런트에서 기분이 나쁘지 않았다면 사정이 있겠지 하고 참았겠지만
체크인 할때부터 기분이 안좋은 상태에서 올라가니 그 소리도 너무 소음이더군요 잠을 잘수가없을정도에 소음입니다
두번다신 이용하고 싶지도 않구요 샹그리아호텔을 위해서라도 프런트 직원들 교육좀 시키세요

평화광장 바로 앞에 위치해 있어서 아침과 저녁에 산책하기 좋았고 주변에 온갖 전망 좋은 커피전문점들이 많이 있어서 여유있는 시간 갖기에도 좋아요.
비록 겨울이어서 분수쇼를 보지 못했지만 분수쇼하는 기간에는 숙소에서도 볼 수 있을 만큼 위치가 좋아요
숙소도 깨끗했고 조용해서 괜찮았어요
