Reasonable price. Hotel is in the city of Mombetsu. Recommended

Very very helpful front desk staff. Give me a very big support to show me which road was closed and call to my next hotel to make a cancellation due to very bad weather. Definitely I will go back one more time.

Facilities is quite old and worn out. Room is clean but carpets in common area is a bit worn out.

Great hotel in the town with cozy and comfortable room although its a little small. The breakfast is wonderful with various varieties, they have egg station, shasimi, ice cream and more that cannot be found in other parts of Hokkaido. Not to mention their hot bath is really nice and clean as well.

Good hotel in the area. Convenient with indoor shared onsen.

Really comfy

Dinner was delicious, including snow crab sashimi, tempura, rice pot, and hot pot. Dinner was a set menu, so it wasn't very filling, but breakfast was a buffet, so I was able to eat my fill. All the dishes were delicious, including the rice bowl topped with plenty of sashimi such as scallops and salmon. It was nice to be able to use the hot springs both at night and in the morning.

I didn't have high expectations, but I was surprised by the variety of items on the breakfast buffet, and how delicious each one was! Just that alone puts me in a good mood in the morning.

Convenient location. Good hot spring. You can't enter late at night, but you can enter as many times as you like from after check-in until before check-out. I just passed by, but there is a microwave so you can heat up your lunch or rice and eat it.

There are limited hotels to choose from in Monbetsu. I saw a large advertisement for this hotel at the airport. It is considered to be well-known in the area. There are shuttle buses to and from the airport and the Ocean Exchange Center (the boarding point for the icebreaker), so transportation is convenient. The restaurant in the hotel was reserved. I didn't eat there, so I won't comment on it.

The hot springs are very good. The restaurant needs to be booked in advance, and there are breakfast and dinner. Please book it when booking a room, it is very delicious. The best time to watch the ice breaking in the morning is the 6:00 class, which can catch the sunrise. Nothing will be delayed when you come back.

The service is good, I can speak both English and Chinese, and my attitude is very good and efficient. The breakfast has many varieties, tastes good and is fresh enough. Good location, reasonable price, and very cost-effective!

This is a really nice hotel! The baths are hot springs You can even enjoy seafood from Monbetsu! But The room is hot... It's just too hot... I couldn't sleep, it was too hard (crying)

On the day, I asked to have dinner at the hotel, but they refused because it was busy. However, the restaurant was empty and it seemed quieter than usual.
