Everything was actually good but the internet was kinda bad we couldn’t really watch youtube or call someone.

Everything nice, only No hot kettle and one time off slipper.

The hotel is so clean and staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is so good and have a full hot items.

The location and hotel environment including breakfast are very good. The only drawback is that there is no kettle. If you want to eat instant noodles, you have to go to the lobby to find water. This is a bit uncomfortable for Chinese people.

The room was very clean and we could see Puerta de Toledo from the window. When I told them that I had to check out earlier than breakfast time, they gave me a paper bag with a drink, bread, apple, and yogurt to go out in the morning. There was a taxi stand right in front of the hotel, and there seemed to be several taxis waiting at all times, so I didn't have to bother calling even early in the morning. Amenities include towels, shampoo, and a hair dryer. No toothbrush. There was nothing special.

The overall feeling is good, but there is no drinking water provided in the room, which is not a good feeling.

Excellent hotel, it is my point of reference in Madrid when I travel for work, there is the metro a few meters from the hotel. If you then feel like walking, in 15 minutes you can reach Plaza Mayor going up Calle Toledo. The breakfast is decent and worth having, you can face the day better with a full stomach. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

The parking lot is very small and requires a lot of skill. There are car scratches on the walls. The location is next to the Toledo Gate. It is very convenient to walk to various attractions. There are some small restaurants around and there is a bus at the door. Overall it is good.

After this experience I will not return to this hotel.
