Only stayed one night so didn't get to experience all the facilities. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Good selection of in room soft drinks and snacks. Balcony furniture and food need improvement. Met some really nice staff.

Staff was excellent. My wife and I enjoyed the property and beach. Close to the airport yet far enough that we didn't have to listen to aircraft taking off or landing. Did two excursions booked through the lobby. Really enjoyed the catamaran and snorkeling. Nightly shows on property.

Had a great time at this property! The food was amazing and the drinks were awesome. Our room was gorgeous and the property was beautiful. There wasn’t really any activities or anything to do at the resort which was a bit of a downfall.

The staff was wonderful but the property itself needs to be updated. We have multiple inconveniences which they attempted to fix but it just needs a whole upgrade.

Resort is beautiful . But there was an issue with our room . We booked a king oceanfront premium suite and upon arrival we walked into our room and there were renovations currently going on and the staff up front didn’t know . So they gave me another oceanfront premium suite but with double beds , which was upsetting . All they did was give me a $100 credit . Besides that, the resort was beautiful , the food was amazing , the beach is man made with very little waves however it’s still beautiful .

Check in was so unorganized that it took an hour to get our luggage after being checked in. Both spas were broken, room was not clean. Place needed a face lift. Coffee bar ran out of Vanilla second day and never replaced it.
I will say that the food was better then most all-inclusive I have been to in the past and most all staff was friendly.

Stayed for a few days wish we could have stayed longer! The staff were friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Damian for all his help and kindness through out our stay! Highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!
