The soundproofing is too poor. I could hear the people next door talking loudly and it was very noisy.

Staff was helpful when our flights were delayed and cancelled. Only problem we had was we did not get room service during the four days even after requesting it.

The card reader was broken during check in so the manager had to take down our card number by hand. The toilet in the room was clogged when we checked in and maintenance was not available until the next day. They changed out room to another one because of the toilet, and there were spider webs in the window of the new room, a candy wrapper on the floor, a used bar of soap in the bathroom, no shampoo in the shower, a stain on the mattress, and an empty tissue box in the bathroom. Probably the dirtiest rooms we've ever stayed in with Hampton Inn. ******* should refund the price of the room as we used our points for the stay.

Room was spacious and clean, especially for a pet friendly hotel. Nice spot outside for dogs. Breakfast was good and beds were comfy.

We really didn't have much interaction with anyone other then the girl at the front desk which very pleasant. Everything was the way it should be so we had no need to ask for anything.
