Hello everyone. On Sat 20th July I reserved and pre-paid 2 bedrooms for 1 night. Unexpectedly, the hotel sold our bedrooms to someone else and we got offered to move to another hotel. Initially I accepted the switch but then I realised that it was too much of a hassle for us therefore I informed the hotel about my decision to cancel the reservation and get a full refund. After several discussions they said that it wasn’t an overbooking issue but there was a problem with the aircon which they fixed. They refused to process the refund because they said that they followed their “internal policy”. Interesting, they not only kept my money but they sold our bedrooms to other customers, so they made double of the money. In my personal opinion it’s a disgrace. It has been such a frustrating experience. Terrible customer service. Bad communication and listening skills. What goes around comes around. Good luck.

When we drove up and checked in, we weren't sure about this place - it looked almost like a motel here in the US. But we were very surprised! The rooms were clean and neat; the lamps and chandeliers were unique and interesting, and the bathroom had everything we needed, from fluffy towels to a hair dryer. We both thought it was a great place to stay, and we tried the restaurant in the same building as reception and it was very, very good. Highly recommend!

We had a great stad for one night, very nice en clean room. The diner and breakfast was very good! Online the barking doos behind the hotel in the night was not that nice and the swimmingpool was smaller than i tought. But we enjoit our stad very much, thank you!

I hosted my Octoebr Hans Kruse Photography photo workshop at the hotel and the service and flexibility was wonderful. Highly recommended. I you want to stay around l'Aquila this is a very good place. Very central and still quiet and very nice restaurant.

It was a nice property but the bed was not comfortable. restaurant was excellent!
