The hotel services are in place and the service facilities are complete. Better than other options at the chain of the same name. The high cost performance attracts travelers in need to choose to stay. The hotel front desk staff are attentive and helpful, which is commendable.

Very nice property but need to train staff called yesterday before making booking and was told I would be able to get late check-out because I knew I would have a late check-in but when I arrived was told would not be able too

The room was dusty and dirty. Guests did not enter rooms through the main lobby but through side doors. Some of those side doors were unlocked - so a safety issue.

Room is clean and the price very reasonable. My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast room, particularly Emma the woman who sets the breakfast room up. She is a treasure and represents your brand well.

I liked the clean and quiet room, also the fact that we could walk outside and enjoy the fresh country air. Having the Bonanza restaurant adjoining was great.
