When we walked in the room the heat was so high in there that we were hit with hot air as soon as we walked in. We had to sleep with the window open and the temp control all the way on high cool and it didn’t cool down much. This was our only complaint that it was WAY too hot for us, the bed was very comfortable and service was excellent

Location was good but no elevator and place needs completely redone. You can tell people have their pets in there. Rooms were dirty and got moved to another one.
