Staffs are not friendly. Closet are broken. Room is too dark.

It's definitely an old hotel that doesn't deserve full marks, but it's a good, reasonable place with the basics of a hotel well-equipped. Although the building is old, the reception functions properly, and cleaning and security are also good. For this kind of accommodation at this price, all I can say is that I am satisfied. It was convenient to travel as it was not far from the station by bus. If I visit Montreal again, I will definitely consider staying again.

It's undeniably old, but it has everything you need. There was an iron, but no safe. Since it is old, having a bathtub is a plus point. The deposit is 200 Canadian dollars if using a credit card or 400 Canadian dollars if paying by cash.

Little dark and hard to circulate air. And sheet is little dirty

Worst hotel stay experience. Attitude of hotel manager was terribly unacceptable, she refused to answer and explain our questions regarding the extra fees. Also using rude wordings towards us. The hotel is very old and unfurnished and no body wash were provided which was supposed to be basics for a hotel. Had to contact the booking agent to settle such chaos. Please never consider this hotel in Montreal when you have other better choices.

The lady at the reception was very kind. There was no electric kettle or microwave, so be careful. It was pretty close to the tourist spots, which was helpful.

Very nice hotel

The hotel is walking distance from Chinatown, 12 mins walk to downtown and 11 mins walk to Basilica Church.

The location is quite good. There are buses and subway nearby. The level of hygiene is average. Hotel room facilities are old. You have to pay to store your luggage, which is not a good idea

Weird way of cleaning the room

I think it's safe because it faces the main street, but the area around Chinatown is a little unsafe so you might want to be careful when walking around at night. The hotel itself is not very clean, but I think it is clean.

Good location for sightseeing. Cheap room. However, the room I received had a strong smell, as if the mold had been covered up with air freshener. It seemed like the room had poor ventilation because the windows couldn't be opened. There were no major problems with the schedule of checking in at 11pm, taking a quick shower, sleeping, and checking out at 7am, but if you want to rest, another hotel would be better.
