It’s good that the hotel has such facilities, but everything in the room is very short for people of normal height, and the door is too big to open and close. 3) There was no complementary water in the room. I asked for it to be delivered but it was delivered once. The next day I found that there was no front desk and refused to provide it. The reason was that no matter how many days I stayed, complementary water was provided once. Although I don’t understand this logic, the point is not two. Bottle of water but poor explanation by the service staff;

The hotel's free internet 🛜 is very poor, even if you use your own mobile phone data, the data is very slow, and the signal is not good when you make a call! The soundproofing of the room is not good. You can hear the neighbor talking loudly. These are nothing. The most terrible thing is that you can check out before 1:30 in the morning. I was still sleeping in the room at 10:30 in the morning, and the door was still hung The do-not-disturb sign, the room attendant still opened the door with a card, but fortunately the anti-theft chain ⛓️ inside me was held, it really scared people to death! She seemed to knock on the door before she opened it. I yelled that someone was inside, but she still opened the door, and found that the anti-theft chain was locked. Someone inside closed the door without saying sorry... It was really scary😱 What's even worse is that when we checked out, the guy at the front desk saw us and didn't put down his mobile phone while playing games, and asked us to wait by the side. My son stood there waiting for him to finish the game, about 2-3 minutes!
