The neat and tidy units with kitchenette facilities was well-suited for our mini break from the city. Boathouse Resort is a 10 minute drive to Portsea and Sorrento, and quick walk to a beach (pity the weather wasn't cooperating during our visit). There's an on-site restaurant, which we did not end up patronising due to having booked elsewhere, but it looked like a cosy spot for a bite. Staff were friendly and pleasant.

Ideal location, close to everything you need and the beach is a stones throw away!

Most comfortable bed after 2 weeks of travelling. Rooms are very clean, newly refurbished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Food at Pandas restaurant was very tasty with great wines and cocktail list.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Boathouse. Comfy bed, large room, digital TV and more. The only negative is that each unit has an upstairs and downstairs and the soundproofing isn't great. We could hear the upstairs guests using the bathroom.
Other than that, 5 stars!
