Brilliant location, nice room with all you need, great service attitude, helpful and extremely polite front desk, English speaking staff. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to solo travelers, business travelers and tourists.

5 star hotel.
It is located near the Moskva River and the new business center of Moscow.
Nearby are many restaurants, cafes and shops.
Friendly reception and quick delivery of rooms.
4 elevators to transport guests.
Spacious rooms, well furnished and decorated.
Very comfortable large bed.
Spacious bathroom with everything a tourist needs.
Excellent varied breakfast.
Quick checkout.
I recommend this beautiful hotel to Moscow visitors.

房間被安排在走廊最裡麪，每天展會回來還要走這麼長的路 有點累😅房間中規中矩 沒有陽台，感覺也木有標間的面積大，其他設施也還好 住的比較滿意。重要的是離展館很近，下次再去的話 還會選擇這裏住。

我的airpods忘記在plaza garden hotle的房間.
發現在酒店，然後去找沒找到，對方發現我們在尋找，他把耳機留在酒店,充電盒去另外一個地方（圖片上的地址），沒能找到.難以想象5星級酒店對員工的培訓.

展會第一次訂到自己如此滿意的酒店，無論是酒店整體還是房間，都大氣寬敞，住着非常舒適愜意，酒店內餐飲多元化，西餐中餐都有，最主要是離展館近。

很差很差真的在莫斯科旅遊體驗最差一次，本來看攜程的圖片介紹看是在CBD，從謝爾頓特地換到這裏，結果大失所望，首先我下午來這裏入住，這邊封路，説什麼美國記者住在這裏，直接交警給我們的車攔住了，大冬天的，我們就在外面等着，然後我讓攜程幫我退款，也不退，讓我一會再去嘗試入住，晚上我們再次過去，好傢伙，前台的毛妹一副愛搭不理的樣子，和我欠他錢一樣，俄羅斯人就這點不好，不管你消費者還是旅遊的，他們不在乎你們的消費體驗更沒有服務，我去前台登記，你至少叫個工作人員帶我去房間拿着我的行李吧，我們找了酒店一大圈，然後告訴我，你的房間在另外一棟樓，你鬧着玩呢？那你剛開始在幹什麼，我到酒店前台登記的時候，你不能叫個人幫我帶去房間嗎？很難嗎？我在杜拜住1000塊錢一天的酒店，服務人員從我進門那一刻到房間，都不用我抬手拿行李，在來一個，我訂這個酒店不就是因為它在CBD嗎，我想看風景，你給我個3樓什麼意思，那我住這裏幹嘛，我不能阿爾巴特大街附近嗎，真的是搞笑的酒店，服務差到離譜，前台登記的時候我已經出示了護照和簽證，還問我要文件，什麼文件你告訴我，簽證護照都給你看了，還要啥文件，難道我偷渡過來的啊？莫名其妙
