Кровати неудобные, тапочек нет. Отель хорош только местоположением. 5/10

總體來説比目前所顯示的評分應該要高一些。
從硬件設施來説，總體是不錯的，典型的蘇聯巔峯時期的硬件（當然你要説老舊，其他蘇聯時期的酒店也都這樣）。缺點主要是毛毯（被套裏面的）感覺很舊，這個要定期換。最大的缺點是：沒水沒牙膏沒洗漱用品。這個可能是最大的問題。其他的還好。房間挺寬敞。而且能夠一眼看到整個國民經濟展覽館，宇宙紀念碑和工人農民雕像。如果你的房間正好對着相反方向，不要緊，每層樓走到其中一個盡頭有一個大窗户，那個就這正對。如果遇到晴天，夕陽，那絕對是讓人震撼的絕世美景。
也許是因為中文網站評分太低的原因，在這幾乎沒有看到中國遊客，入住的都是俄羅斯普通人，包括來集體旅遊的小學生，嘰嘰喳喳的。很熱鬧。這裏可以看到真正的俄羅斯普通人的生活。
很多矛盾其實都來自於語言障礙。俄羅斯實在是個對外語人士極其不利的國家。還有就是文化沖擊。宇宙酒店有個比其他蘇聯遺產酒店更明顯的特點，就是排隊隊伍經常會看到非常長。還有個等待區，幾排沙發。
俄羅斯普通人對此習以為常 而外國人很難忍受。這就是文化沖擊。
如果遭遇了文化沖擊再看到房間裏沒有這沒有那，估計那個旅客肯定不會好評了。
因此。這個酒店有潛力，因為他的位置絕佳，價格親民，在蘇聯時期也是最頂級最有名的當年的“涉外外賓酒店”了。希望好好努力。
另外，該酒店和門卡送的那張出入憑證其實很漂亮，適合贈送給客人作為收藏。沒想到離開時換登記卡的時候員工就收走了。可以考慮改變
還有就是離開的時候如果是打車。你的行李要走樓梯從大堂二樓扛到一層。如果行李多的話會很不方便。這裏居然沒有電梯設計。

設施老配套也不行，周邊環境和商業配套不行。有些小吃和便利店。最多的就是麪包房和一些小的連鎖超市。有銀行換匯方便，但是不是24小時
