I spent over two months at a Marriott in Moscow just now and checked out this morning and I moved in to Marco Polo… Don’t go to Marriott here… I was treated poorly… This beautiful boutique hotel has beautiful rooms and wonderful staff. And it’s in the best area of Moscow surrounded by great restaurants. Like me and my wife if you ever make it here you’ll be very happy

все звезды поставила бы персоналу, который изо всех сил старается оставить приятное впечатление у гостя. вы молодцы. но отель нужно оценивать всесторонне, а все остальное - это мрак. я выбрала себе светлый и просторный номер марко поло сьют. после долгой дороги надеялась хорошо выспаться, но мой номер был расположен над клубом хэппи энд, который несмотря на расстояние в 4 этажа между нами, упорно доносил до меня бассы, а потому поспать не удалось. на следующий день я попросила номер потише, но этой же комплектации номера не оказалось. мне дали крошечный номер (но зато типа дизайнерский). он был в раза три меньше первоначального, но зато был тихим. вечером я пошла в душ и обнаружила мокриц. да и в целом сантехника изношена, выглядит ужасно, но все это толкают под соусом «стиль». просто элементарно брезгливо даже зубы почистить. в итоге я сменила отель. жаль сил, времени и денег, потраченных на этот отель.

В номерах холодно, кондиционеры на обогрев не работают, в номере шум из бара практически в полночь, ни чайника ни кофемашины, соответственно ни чая ни кофе. Заказать тоже нельзя - румсервис не предусмотрен. В общем - захотите кофе или чая вечером или с утра - не выйдет. Не советую никому тратить на это время. Расположение отличное, но отель … не достоин такого расположения

Очень много выпендрежа , очень мало толку. Отель не имеет никакой изюминки, кроме пафосных сотрудников и то-ли хозяйки, то-ли менеджера Ксении. В общем как забегаловка для молодежи после бара сойдет. Заезжать сюда не советую , не тратье время зря

В этом уютном отеле в самом сердце столицы я остановилась впервые и осталась настолько довольна всеми опциями, что собираюсь посетить его вновь! Расположение потрясающее, все прилегающие улицы- бесконечные музеи архитектуры разных времён и стилей. Любая прогулка - услада для души и глаз. Очень много атмосферных ресторанчиков и стильных магазинчиков в пешей доступности. Сам отель расположен в здании классического для Москвы начала прошлого века стиле. Широкие лестницы, большие окна, просторные холлы - много воздуха , одним словом. Сам номер уютный и тёплый, что имеет для меня первостепенное значение в зимний сезон. Соотношение цена -качество 👍🏽 Все сотрудники, без исключения, профессионалы своего дела и заинтересованы в процветании Отеля ! Всем спасибо!
