The location is excellent to the mount for great walks and biking. The apartment was a good size. Great to have secure parking in the underground garage.
From there it went down hill…The service, presentation of reception, apartment, lobby etc messy, certainly no detail on cleanness inside the apartment and on the balcony. The bed linen smelt of body oder and no detail to presentation. There was soap missing in the bathroom.
We would only stay again if the price was right.

It's not the two buildings of the twin towers, but a depressing apartment on the third floor below. The Mingzi Twin Towers apartment is pure deception. The kitchen only has a microwave oven, and the towels are black. It feels very uncomfortable

The location of the hotel is good, but the facilities are a bit old. It is very close to the hot spring baths, and the beach is just a few steps away. Generally speaking, it is still possible, if the price is below 800.

The sanitary condition of the hotel is very average, the facilities are very old and the service is average. The advantage is that it is convenient to park, close to the sea, suitable for young people to live, not recommended for family vacation

The location was great right next to Mt. Maunganui, the beach and a short walk from the main street. The room was very large and was clean, however it was dated and the bed was like sleeping on an air mattress. It was so soft and bouncy, you could feel anytime the other person moved even the slightest amount. Overall the stay was fine for one night. It served it's purpose.
