It was lovely and quiet. Great customer service. The room was dated and the air conditioner was not able to be adjusted. No space to place anything on a shelf in the bathroom. Hair dryer was extremely old and didn’t look safe.
Fridge behind bathroom door was awkward. No microwave.

Great location for us traveling between Ipswich and the City. But the property is really starting to show signs of its age and there were items inside the units that really needed replacing.
Disappointing that the pool (a significant draw card during our Christmas vacation) did not get repaired during our 16 day stay.

Lovely & cool when we walked in. Very spacious and very clean. Building is old so apartment could do with a make over in kitchen & bathroom. Lounge quite uncomfortable to sit on and is well worn.

Nice place friendly service but no microwave in room sadly after a big day travelling Xmas Eve. Beds comfortable and pillows and nice to have a bath.

Everything was okay just couldn’t sleep as the aircon was noisy and also the smell that old stinky smell had to cover my nose while sleeping. Just think it needs upgrading.

Had an amazing trip staying for 4 evenings and from the minute I walked in to reception and the helpful lady behind counter was excellent and friendly. And I chatted to the cleaners and found them enjoying their work and so friendly

When I checked in the staff were friendly upon entering the room there was paper on the floor and no phone in the room the safety latch on the door had been broken and not replaced did not feel very safe at the end of the property with no secure door the maintenance person did attend and say he didn’t have another safety lock and it would be fine staff were all friendly

Disappointing, rooms are aged with paint peeling, holes in walls, cupboards broken/shabby and unclean. Floors were dirty, dirt, dust and old tissues behind side tables. Very old air-conditioning units that didn't work properly or didn't work at all. Very overpriced for what you get. Very much in need of a refurb.
