Very nice people, service. rooms and great location. I like the breakfast. Valet was efficient. When I come to silicon valley I prefer this hotel over the Rosewood or Sheraton or Marriott. It would be nice to have more hotels like this one. My only advice would be to replace the rug in the lobby. You need better than what you have - grey and thread bare. Good luck!

This hotel is by far one of my favorite hotels on the peninsula. In fact, it’s one of my favorite hotels ever. From the minute you arrive here greeted by Tony who actually I think owns the place. He is everywhere and anywhere you need him to be. He was kind enough to help me set up my daughter’s rooms for a weddingand bring my luggage up and help us get lunch and I could go on and on Tony is one of the best in the business. If you get a chance, please stay at the Park James Hotel and make sure you ask for Tony.

Comfortable rooms, clean and modern hotel. Perfect for a busy business / work stay. The staff are polite and professional, especially Messi, who helped with my trip expenses.The hotel is walking distance to plenty of local restaurants and downtown Menlo Park.

Great experience & super comfy bed. 4 minute walk to CalTran station and only 27 minutes to SFO. Looking forward to an evening at Frost Amphitheater to see Goose with friends from Oakland and SF. Wish I had more time to soak in more of Palo Alto. Can’t wait for next trip!

We had such a wonderful time at Park James. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Tony was so accommodating and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. The decor is modern, warm and inviting. The food is superb. There are great little touches in the rooms such as coffee and sustainable water caraffes for endless refills. You won’t be disappointed with your stay.

Outstanding stay! Beautiful boutique hotel with aesthetics perfect for my taste, great gathering places and convenient location. Loved my robe with the PJ (park James vs private jet) . Excellent staff . Toni was great - 5 stars. I would highly recommend

Had an amazing stay!! The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was warm and helpful. Ahmd and the staff has made me feel like family, they’re warm welcoming and any issues I’ve had they’ve solved my problems with a smile and within a few minutes. We must come back here one day!!

Rooms had no water, no water at front desk. had to bring personal water bottle or carafe in room to filling station. Could buy water at bar, but metal cap needed bottle opener, not in room. Room service food was less than expected. Internet did not work!
