AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel’s location was good making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions for example hatyai village .the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would gladly return on my next visit to this hotel

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's also plenty of parking. My only minor issue was with cleanliness; the first room we were given wasn't very clean, but the staff member promptly moved us to a new one. It would be perfect if they could double-check this a bit more.

AAfifa AimiThis hotel was a pleasant stay for me. It is very clean and the location is super convenient as it is just opposite Central Festival Hatyai and next to Makro. Other popular tourist spots are also nearby within around 3KM and easy to get around by renting a bike or using Grab/Maxim. Service was great, we arrived early around 7:30AM just to drop our luggage and the staff were happy to keep it. They even allowed us to check in an hour earlier since our room was ready. Amenities were good and looked very nice although I did not have time to enjoy them as I was mostly busy food hunting. The staff were friendly, helpful, spoke decent English and some Malay and breakfast did not have many choices but was acceptable and suited my taste as a Malaysian. Sorry I do not have much pictures taken inside the hotel

The road leading to the hotel might be a bit rough, but the hotel facade is beautiful with a parking lot. They also sell healthy snacks and drinks.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is a bit far from the train station, commercial area, and night market, so it might not be convenient for everyone to walk back and forth. However, you can easily walk to the nearby Green Road Night Market to explore and grab a bite. The room is spacious, but the downside is that I had to re-enter the Wi-Fi username and password whenever I was offline for a while, which was quite inconvenient.

The combination of light wood finishes and the wood-textured accent wall in the bathroom gives the space a warm, ”homey” yet professional feel. • Ample Space: Unlike many standard hotel rooms, this one feels very breathable. There is a massive amount of storage in the built-in wardrobes and plenty of desk space, making it perfect for digital nomads or long-term travelers. • Well-Equipped Bathroom: The bathroom is a highlight. I appreciated the separate glass shower partition and the inclusion of a bidet sprayer. Having a proper water heater unit in the shower ensures a consistently warm experience. • Comfortable Layout: The seating area by the window is a nice touch for morning coffee, and the AC unit is well-positioned to cool the entire room effectively. Verdict: A solid choice for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious room. The large desk and storage make it much more functional than a typical cramped hotel room. I would definitely stay here again.

JJF97My stay at TonAoi Grand Hotel was unfortunately disappointing due to several maintenance issues in the room. Upon check-in, I discovered that both the room door indicator light and the toilet light were not working. I reported the problems and requested a room change, but the reception informed me that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. The maintenance team came promptly to inspect the issues. While they managed to repair the toilet light, they were unable to fix the door light. Later, I also found that the hair dryer was faulty and could not be used at all. In addition, the air conditioning was not performing well. Even when set to the maximum cooling level, the room never became sufficiently cold, making the stay less comfortable than expected. I appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance team and the staff's efforts to assist. However, it was frustrating to encounter multiple equipment failures in the same room. I hope the hotel will improve its maintenance checks and room inspections to ensure all facilities are in proper working condition before guests arrive.
